About the owner: I'm a United States Army combat veteran, accompanied by 30 years of fast paced high stress lifestyle. I developed premature heart disease and almost died. I desperately needed a stress reliever in my life. I have always had a passion for the great outdoors. However, I had lost touch with it competing in the rat race in Broward County. Since I love the outdoors, I decided one day to head west in Florida and see what may be out there waiting to be found.
Why the Owner Chose Okeechobee: While driving around in the country, I found what everyone there calls the "Prairie". It was here that I came to a place called Okeechobee. This is now what I call my secret hideaway that has rejuvenated my soul and physiology as a human being. This is the place where you can experience her majesties, the almighty Mother Nature’s life force stronger than anywhere else on earth.
