Lovely 1 Bedroom Condominium located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, uniquely and tastefully decorated throughout with quality furnishings. The unit is located on the sought-after 3rd floor with direct access to the Sky Walk to the covered parking garage and easy access to the pools / beach via the lobby elevator (limited to 4 floors) or via two flights of stairs - no waiting for elevators during the peak season! The complex is conveniently located 200 yds from Pier Park, the new PREMIER Restaurant, Shopping and Entertainment complex in Panama City Beach.
The condo has a spacious living room with a high quality Sleeper Sofa (Queen) and Loveseat, dining area, one bedroom (equipped with a King Bed), two full baths and a fully equipped kitchen. A washer / dryer is also available in the unit. There are built in bunk beds with dimmers installed on the hallway lighting to provide a safe and comforting environment for the children at night.
In the living area, the entertainment center is equipped with a TV, DVD/VCR player and a full stereo system. High speed WIFI internet is provided along with free phone service to all 48 contiguous states.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
Complementary Beach Service (2 chairs + 1 umbrella) is included from March 1st - October 31st.
This unit is non-smoking and no pets are permitted. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 28.
All rentals are 3 night minimum. Add a cleaning fee of $85.00, 12.615% tax and Security/Damage Deposit of $300.00. All prices are for cash or check, the 4% discount for cash or check will be added for all credit card charges.

About the owner: Professional Product manager working for a medium sized company in Atlanta that develops systems that provide Voice, Video and Data services to the cable operators. Married with two grown children, owning a property on the beach in Florida was always a dream of ours and our purchase of the unit at Calypso not only provided us with an investment opportunity but also a home-away-from-home for ourselves and the boys during the off-peak season - truly the best of both worlds!
