This professionally decorated Courtyard Villa has a peaceful effect on everyone who enters. With beautiful colors of turquoise, white and brown, you’ll immediately feel at home. Dimmer switches offer ambiance in the evening and ceiling fans in every room keep it cool during the day while the soft curtains gently blow, adding to the feeling of tranquility.
The living room, kitchen and dining room all share a vaulted ceiling which creates a very open and spacious area.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly think of. There's even a crock pot for those days when you want to go play golf and come home to a great dinner.
There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer / dryer and a utility sink – inside in the A/C! This is a great feature as it is difficult to do laundry when the washer / dryer are outside in the garage.
The dining room seats 4 with the option to expand the table with inserts and extra folding chairs. For additional seating, there is a patio table with 6 chairs and an umbrella for outdoor seating. Enjoy outdoor cooking with a gas grill. Also, there is a screened-in lanai with 2 rocking chairs – great for peaceful reflection.
The Master Bedroom suite has a very comfortable king size bed with a down comforter, 2 sets of linens and a soft blanket for additional warmth - yes, it gets cold here! Feel at home with the large walk-in closet and private bathroom. You also have direct access to the screened-in lanai and outdoor patio.
The Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed with a down comforter and 2 sets of high quality linens. The bathroom is right outside the guest bedroom and has a tub as well as a shower. The nicest feature of this bedroom is a pocket door that separates the bedroom and bathroom away from the living room. Guests can have their privacy while reducing any noise coming from the living room.
The 3rd Bedroom is an office / den. The room is very inviting with a HD TV, a desk & chair and a couch - perfect for curling up with a great book.
The Villa is 1/2 mile from Havana Country Club, and it's about a mile from the grocery store, the pharmacy, restaurants, and a gas station. You’re very close to Lake Sumter Landing where you have an endless selection of places to eat, an outstanding movie theater to go to, shopping, and nightly entertainment.
For your at-home entertainment, enjoy a wide assortment of included movies on the DVD or VHS. There are two large flat screen Samsung TV's with HD HBO, as well as music, sports, and numerous other great channels to choose from. Also, there is a 22' Vizio TV in the Master Bedroom (Cable Only). High-Speed Wireless Internet is included, as well.
A 4-seater golf cart (Club Car) is available is your use

This villa is very comfortable, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It truly is "a home away from home". Everything you need and more is provided. The property inside and out is well cared for. The lanai and courtyard provide a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The listing description and photos are completely accurate. The location is great. It is near a grocery store, pharmacy, golf courses and within walking distance to the neighborhood pool and rec center. We have rented for 2 winters already and are looking forward to renting for the winter of 2014. Sharon the owner is very helpful and accommodating. Thanks Sharon for renting your villa to us.Recommended for: Age 55+.

I am so glad that I made the decision to live in The Villages, as well as to own the lovely villa which I am offering to you.
