This two story modern house is spacious and clean with a modern kitchen and a pool. It has 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in each, there is also a twin bed in one of the larger bedrooms upstairs. There are two and a half baths. The two full baths are accessible through the bedrooms upstairs. The half bath is downstairs along with the third bedroom. The common area is one very large two story open space with a glass wall overlooking a beautiful pool and garden.
It is a very peaceful home in a quiet tree lined neighborhood. Walking, biking or driving distance from Biscayne Bay and downtown Coconut Grove where there are many restaurants and shops. Fresh Market and Publix grocery stores very close and a Whole Foods 15 minutes away.
There is only one television in this house. It has a DVD player but NO CABLE. There is WI-FI.

The house is everything the other reviewers say, and I'll add that the kitchen is unusually well equipped and fitted out. Great, quiet location and a beautiful house for up to three couples. The photos don't do it justice--the main living/dining area and the pool are both larger than they appear. The agent is great--supplied us with bikes and lots of helpful advice while remaining completely unobtrusive.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The House is fantastic! spacious and modern as advertised but it also offers a high level of privacy and presents beautifully with a very inspiring collection of art and unique (comfortable) furniture. I believe some of the furnishings to be designed by the owner using local hard woods. We were a diverse group (My sisters Family and ours including teens and a toddler) and the property offered all that we needed for a home base and great visit to Miami. It is well located and close to a major transportation route but deep enough into "the grove" to be a private tropical oasis. It is within walking distance to a fabulous market where you can grab a steak and shrimp to throw on the Barbeque, Starbucks and the like, or enjoy happy hour and crab claws on Biscayne Bay. With only a short drive to 5 star dining or to your choice of beaches you cannot go wrong for a Miami location. The Owner and Rental agent were a pleasure to meet, and deal with and went beyond the call of duty to acommodate us, while never imposing at all during our time in the house. We picked a winner!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I have rented at least a dozen homes in the Miami area over the years, and this was one of our faves. Very elegant, very hip, great location (pleasant stroll to bayfront park and downtown CG.). The house is better looking than the pictures (we know this is every renter's anxiety), bedrooms are good sized (not huge)), sound system is awesome. We had guests ranging from 5 to 85 in age and all agreed. Two downsides; not a great deal of outdoor space (beautifully landscaped and a very private, rainforest clearing feel to it, though, and a nice pool) and the stairway to the two upstairs bedrooms is a pretty narrow spiral, so probably not ideal for the infirm, free-ranging toddlers, or the seriously plus-sized. The house is modern and striking, with the back wall all glass so you feel like you're outside pretty much all the time. The art collection is also impressive, and there are lots of little touches. Enjoy.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.
