  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time on Marco Island and our first time dealing w/MI Vacay properties. We love MI and there seems to be always something to do on the Island. We especially like Stans and the fishing, dolphins and manatees. MI vacation properties were very professional and I wouldn't hesitate again renting through them. The house is lovely - my only complaint is that the carpeting throughout the house needs a deep shampooing to remove stains and the master bedroom bedspread should be changed due to stains also. But overall a great experience.

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Andrew and his management team is the best. The house was exactly as promised, clean and well equipped. Beautiful decor and great pool and lanai. We rented a different house last year (not from Andrew) and this was so much better and cleaner. The location was ideal for us, close to shopping and easy drive to our friend's condo on the beach. We booked for 6 weeks next year before we left for home. That's an excellent endorsement, we loved the place!!

Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing relaxing time at Marco Island. the House was just what we expected and much more. the location was not closed to the beach for it was only 5 min away. we loved the quiet block. It was a pleasure doing business with evryone at Marco Island Vacation Properties, especially with Andrew. Will defenetly use your company for my next Marco Island Vacation.. Thank you>>!!!!!!!

We definitely were pleased. It is a great location with drug store and super market just a block away. The Vacation Properties were responsive to our every need! In short, we loved it!

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home we stayed at was great,good location and immaculate. A few things missing that would have made it even better.A kettle for that morning cup of tea. A hair dryer (this is the 1st home we have stayed at in Marco that hasn't had one this is our 6th visit) also more than one baking tray for the oven.
