Mariner West is located at the heart of Panama City Beach, which is best known for its sugary,white sand beaches and clear emerald waters. This 5th floor condo is a beachfront 950 sq ft spacious condo with a very large master bedroom that has 2 queen beds and a private bathroom and a 36' TV with dresser & mirror. The very large living room has sleeper sofa, loveseat couch, leather recliner, swivel chair, and 65' BIG SCREEN TV and has a large glass sliding door opening to spacious balcony that overlooks the pool and the beach & ocean. There is a full bath next to the living room. The balcony has a table with 4 bar height swivel chairs and 2 chaise lounges. Between the living room & kitchen is a dining area with glass table / 4 cushioned chairs.
Comcast cable TV on both TV's and wifi High Speed Internet provided at no charge.
The kitchen is spacious with an pass-thru facing the living room with a kitchen bar top with 2 swivel bar stool chairs. The kitchen is fully furnished with ref/ice maker, microwave, flat top electric range with oven, dw, and all pots & pans, glassware, & silverware you will need to prepare meals if you wish to.
There is a separate, private laundry room across from the front door that has a washer & dryer for your private use and the noise factor cannot be heard inside the unit.
The best amenity is the vast amount of beach, you have plenty of room to spread out and relax and enjoy. This unit will sleep 6 guests and is available for 3 day minimum or weekly rental. Some of the amenities of this complex include a large gulf front pool, billiards, shuffleboard courts, tennis court, and a gazebo. This is a small complex with only 60 units and 6 floors, brand new elevator, and is family oriented and do not rent to under 25 yr olds. THIS IS A NO SMOKING UNIT AND NO PETS ALLOWED
Centrally located to restaurants, shopping, grocery & drug stores, amusement parks, deep sea fishing, golf courses, bowling,marinas,state park, all located within 5 minutes drive.
This is a NON-SMOKING UNIT (smoking is allowed on balcony) and NO PETS PLEASE.
This unit rents for $1,089 weekly May - Aug Minimum 3 night stays are $175 nightly with $75 cleaning fee + taxes

My family of 4 recently rented this condo for a week. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioner worked great. There was nothing we could have asked for that wasn't there. The location is great if you want a quiet, uncrowded place to stay. There is only 6 floors so the pool and beach are not very crowded and we stayed the week of July 4th. (and you can watch the fire works from the beach there at Mariner West) It is conveniently located to some great restaurants: Scampis, Schooners, Hammer Head Freds, Montego Bay, and Captain Andersons. Emerald Falls is not very far up the road. It has gocarts, putt putt golf, arcade and the other things kids love. If we return to PCB we will definitely try to get this condo again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
