This condo is a B4 floorplan with 1475 sq.ft. living space and 211 sq.ft. terrace space located on the 2nd floor of Aqua and is .40 miles East of Pier Park. Each master has private balcony access.
This condo features a large chefs kitchen with upgraded stainless appliances and plenty of room to work. The Master Bedroom is a gulf front King with private balcony access and large flat panel TV. The second Bedroom is a Gulf front King with private balcony access and a flat panel TV. The 3rd bedroom is a Queen with a flat panel TV and convenient work station.

We recently stayed with another couple and our children. The beach and building are beautiful. This unit was spacious and the balcony was worth the price of admission. The cookware and appliances were a little lacking. WiFi coverage was TERRIBLE. The washer stunk (front loader) and so did all of the clothes and towels we washed in it. The living room balcony door was inoperable for the first half of our stay and the light fixture was damaged. I think more than anything, we were unhappy with the management company. They did not respond to phone calls about issues etc. The view was lovely but we think we will go with a different unit and different company in the future.
