This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ski-in, ski-out condo is the ultimate Mammoth vacation rental experience. A beautiful 5-star condo decorated with great local photography, also has a large and comfortable sectional sofa, large flat screen TV, cozy gas fireplace, and dining area with seating for up to 6. The well appointed master bedroom has a King bed and TV, private master bathroom and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom also comes with a King bed and TV and separate bathroom. Both spacious bathrooms and the full Kitchen feature granite counter tops and tile floors. The full Kitchen has all the appliances and amenities for a home cooked meal. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. There are no stairs to this Mammoth vacation rental condo, no stairs inside and it sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Sunstone Lodge at Juniper Springs Resort is Mammoth's true ski-in, ski-out destination lodge, featuring underground heated parking, a fitness center, laundry, both an outdoor jacuzzi and year-round heated pool and the convenience of ski-in, ski-out luxury. Guest lockers are located right next to the slopes. It doesn't get any better than this. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with underground, heated garage parking for one vehicle (garage clearance is 8' 2"). Guests will be provided one parking pass. Sunstone 114

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sunstone 114 is a 2 Br unit conveniently located on the first floor in Sunstone near the parking garage, ski lockers and hot tub/pool area. The unit itself is a bit worn down, with the dining chairs lacking cushioning, very limited silverware and dishes and not very comfortable mattresses. There was not a blanket for the bed, only a comforter.The heating controls were vague and we were either too hot or cold and we ended up just turning the heating off at night. We were there for the location, but I would not choose this property in the future. Given how much this unit costs per night, some of the money should go back into the care and upkeep.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views of snow-capped peaks and the convenience of ski-in, ski-out access right at our doorstep.The condo itself was a cozy haven, nicely decorated and had all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The open-concept living area was perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing meals, and we especially appreciated the convenience of having a washer and dryer on-site. The bedrooms were inviting the only thing here is a wish they offered a few extra blankets. One of the highlights of our stay was the easy access to the slopes. Being able to ski directly from the condo to the lifts made our days on the mountain seamless and hassle-free. In conclusion, this mountain condo with ski-in, ski-out features exceeded our expectations in every way. Nice place to stay.

We particularly like the easy access with elevator and cart to carry our luggage. The location was perfect for our activities, fishing and a visit to Devil's Postpile.

Great location with most of what we needed

The condo has a nice, central location within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and hiking. It's also right next to the ski lift for winter activities. However, we had some noisy neighbors and our sleep was a bit disrupted on two of the nights.

Clean, quite, beautiful location

This is the second year my wife and I have stayed at this condo in a row. We come to Mammoth every year for a family reunion and we’ve been staying at this place with my mother-in-law. It has everything you’d need. It’s clean and well equipped. A bonus for those looking to stay the location in the winter is it’s located within walking distance of a ski lift. The gas fireplace is convenient and easy to use. It is controlled by remote and you can set the room temperature you would like it turn on. It heats the main room well. The two bedrooms have their own heaters. My mother-in-law is elderly and has mobility issues. This room was perfect for her. It wasn’t too far away from the parking garage and she didn’t have any trouble getting around the room or using the bathroom. She complains about most places she stays, it she never complains about this place. The place offers complimentary use of the local gym. I an avid weight lifter so I started my mornings with a lift at the gym. All I need was to give them the room number of the condo I was staying in. The only thing I would change about the location is some of the electrical outlets in the main room of the condo need to be replaced. I tried to plug in the vacuum to clean up before I checked out and the plug would fall out of the outlet (I tried several outlets). All in all I would suggest this listing for anyone looking for a comfortable place in Mammoth to stay.
