This newly built cabin is set upon a hill, with beautiful views of horses and cows grazing below. As you enter the cabin you will find yourself in the great room, which is made up of the kitchen and family room with cathedral ceilings. Just off the great room is the bathroom and bedroom which has a king size bed. Overlooking the great room is the roomy loft, which contains three single beds.
The cabin is set on 160 acres and includes a stocked stream. This property is ideal for fishing and hiking. The cabin is only a five minute drive to three popular golf courses. The property is just one mile from the Chautauqua Insitution and Chautauqua Lake. Also nearby is Bemus Point, a popular spot among tourists and locals alike for an assortment of restaurants, shops and bars. During the winter, the cabin is the perfect location for cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, showshoeing, snowmobiling and ice fishing.
