The pale ash hardwood floors, flowing floor design, and elegant decor are only several of the elegant features of this cozy beach home that also boasts 2 screened and furnished porches: one wrap-around porch on the main level, which often serves as an additional family room, and a private porch off the master bedroom on the secluded second floor, which leads to an open-air balcony furnished with lounge furniture for private sunbathing.
The master bedroom is beautifully furnished and includes a master bath with an oversized jetted tub. The living room is newly furnished and includes a bar and a 52" screen TV. The private pool is enclosed by a fence and beautiful landscaping.
Palm trees dot the entire property, as well as native flora and fauna delicately designed to fit the property. The private subdivision also has two pools, a tennis court, and walking trails that wind their way through wooded paths.
