This open, airy modern beach house is located in the beautiful subdivision *Grove By The Sea* 2 blocks from convenient deeded beach access. Our house is less than a five minute walk to the beach. Painted top to bottom, interior and exterior, new linens, kitchen assessories, new owner 2011! Fresh, clean and cozy!The pale ash hardwood floors, flowing floor design, and elegant decor are only several of the elegant features of this cozy beach home that also boasts 2 screened and furnished porches: one wrap-around porch on the main level, which often serves as an additional family room, and a private porch off the master bedroom on the secluded second floor, which leads to an open-air balcony furnished with lounge furniture for private sunbathing.
The master bedroom is beautifully furnished and includes a master bath with an oversized tub. The living room is newly furnished and includes a bar and a 52' screen TV. The private pool is enclosed by a fence and beautiful landscaping.
Palm trees dot the entire property, as well as native flora and fauna delicately designed to fit the property. The private subdivision also has two pools, a tennis court, and walking trails that wind their way through wooded paths.

I can't believe it has taken me this long to tell you what an amazing time we had on our vacation! Everything was absolutely wonderful! The house was beautiful and so convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We loved riding our bikes to the beach every day, lounging by the pool, and relaxing in your beautiful home. My kids are still talking about their summer vacation. Thank you for sharing your beach home.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This is a fabulous house in an excellent location! It is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings and a well-stocked kitchen. Loved drinking coffee on the screened porches and using the pool. Because the houses are on ample lots set back from the main road, the house and neighborhood are very quiet and private. I love that there are restaurants within walking distance and beach access just across highway 30A. Seaside and Watercolor are a short drive, walk or bike ride. The homeowner was very helpful providing information about the house and area. For visitors flying into Panama City, the drive to the house is a breeze with a Publix near the house. Can't wait to stay in this house again!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This home is a wonderful find! Great neighborhood, close to the beach and has a large private pool! Our family of five was very comfortable in this home. There is plenty to do in nearby Seaside and short walk to beach or just relax in the pool. The photos are exactly what the home looks like. Home was clean and had everything we needed. The owner addressed concerns quickly. We would recommend this home and hope to visit again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was a wonderful home so close to the beach. What a discovery! The neighborhood is filled with picturesque cottages. A wonderful walking path. Perfectly landscaped! The pictures are exactly as it is. The property was very clean and very well maintained. The owner was very quick to answer any questions. I would recommend this property to anyone! We are definitely going to go back. This has been our favorite find on 30A. The pool in the back yard is wonderful, clean, private and just was the cherry on top of our vacation! The porches are perfect. Wrap around on the front, plenty of room for everyone. The porch up top off the master suite, is spacious and quiet. I would recommend going to : Seaside (Bud N Alley's, Friday night movie, Great Southern, Frost Bites), Cowgirl Kitchen, Whiskey Bravo, Cafe 30 A (buy one get one entree if you dine between 5-6). We can not wait to go back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Currently living in Houston, we were looking for a quiet retreat and a gorgeous beach. We found both in Grove by the sea at 250 Andalusia. We own two other vacation homes in Galveston and New Orleans.
Why the Owner Chose Grove by the Sea:
We loved the natural flora and fauna and the peaceful feel of the neighborhood. Yet, it is 1 mile's walk to bustling SeaSide's restautants, coffee shops and activities. The two pools, tennis courts and playground are bonuses. We also love having our own private pool to ourselves.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Walking to SeaSide, laying out by the pool, quick drive to multiple restaurants, close to Publix Supermarket, Quiet beach, well kept neighborhood, porches. Our living/dining/kitchen area is larger than most we found when house shopping. This is why we grabbed this one!
