  My family and I had a wonderful, restful week at this beautiful, comfortable home. The gym and pool are close by, and very nice, and the home is convenient to the major area attractions as well. There is a playground right down the street, which may be of interest to those with younger children. The home is beautifully laid out, and very well equipped, in gorgeous surroundings. Most nights we cooked wonderful meals in the well-equipped kitchen, then relaxed either by the fireplace or on the back deck with views of the surrounding mountains. The beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. The owners were also incredibly responsive, and so nice! We will definitely look to stay at this home again when we are next in the area.

  We walked into the house and instantly felt at home. The kitchen is great for cooking up a storm as it is fully equiped with plenty of room, and the living room can be used for entertaining, chatting, or tv time. The bedrooms are large and with plenty of closet space. The master bedroom will take your breath away. Plenty of towels, extra pillows and sheets. Having access to the washer and dryer made for an easier time as well. The back deck offers a quiet place for any meal as well as great sun especially in the morning. The in door and out door pool options were great for the one rainy day while we were there both were heated. Although we didn't use the gym it looked to have a good mix of cardio and weights. The owner was helpful in answering questions as well as providing contact information. The property is close to center of Lincoln and the drive is really straight up 93 from Boston. The Pemi Valley Moose tour is a must for things to do, its a lot of fun for everyone. Also for food Flapjack's is incredible, and would recommend Woodstock Station for the nightlife. The Common Man has a tasty menu as well. Can't say enough how much we enjoyed this rental! we've already booked again.

  We had a wonderful time on our vacation and the townhouse was absolutely beautiful, clean and had everything we could need for comfort and cooking. You can't beat the location as it is very close to many fun attractions (Whale's Tale Water Park, Clarks Trading Post, Kancamagus Hwy, Hobo RR & Mini Golf, etc.) and it was great having access to the indoor/outdoor pools just a short walk away - it was a very easy walk, even with 5 kids ages 1-5. We also drove up to Santa's Village for a day and it was about a 45 minute drive. Very do-able, even with young kids. Storyland is about the same distance away. We rented from Cornelia for the first time this year and plan on renting again. She was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions we had. We had two families sharing the unit and still had plenty of room. The pictures don't show the additional family room on the lower level, but it is very spacious and has a great big TV. It was a perfect spot for the kids to hang out. All in all this was our best family vacation to date. I will definitely recommend this rental to friends and family.

  We had a great time at this lincoln vacation rental! The layout of the home was perfect for my family and my parents who came along for the trip as it afforded privacy for both parties. Also the home was so close to everything that you could walk into town if desired. The mountain views from the patio were great too! The community pool is great for kids! We have stayed at other vacation rentals in the area and we have found this one and the owner to be top notch! We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great time, place and attentive owner!

  Excellent area for family fun! We had a great time kayaking, whitewater rafting, mini golf, biking, hiking, fishing and riding the zipline. The townhome was spacious, well maintained, We enjoyed dining on the deck in the evening. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils, plates, glasses and everything needed for cooking. Complex and with a short walk to club where we enjoyed the indoor and out pools, ping pong and playing pool. Exercise room was small but had everything needed for cardio and weight training workouts. Forest Ridge is a short drive from the main street in Lincoln which has everything one would need from grocery shopping, tours, restaurants and shopping etc.

  We had an amazing time and would do it again in a heart beat. From the moment we arrived to the our sad moment of departure, we felt at home in this beautiful home. We had two toddler boys with us and they loved it. The space was laid out well, lots of room, the couch is comfy (a must when cuddling with the little guys) and LOVE the safety locks on the stove - gave me piece of mind. The location was great - convenient to local attractions (we went to Storyland, Santa's Village, North Conway Scenic Railroad, The Basin, Bald Mountain, etc...) Forest Ridge was great for just relaxing as well, my son loved the pool. Like I said, we loved it. We're thinking we might want to stay again next year!

  We had a great time, the home was beautiful and clean, the kitchen had everything you need. Cornelia the owner was very nice, and easy to work with, The home is minutes away from Clarks Trading Post, Whales Tale and many nature walks and sightseeing, took us 45 min to get to North Conway.. I would definately recommend renting from Cornelia.

  I rented this house for 2011 Labor day weekend with mt brothers and their girlfriends.There was 6 adult and 4 childrens in our partys.The house was big enought for all of us.The location is very easy to find, very close to town and all the main attractions. Cornella the property owner is very nice and very easy to work with.

  Our family just returned from a very relaxing August vacation at this beautiful townhouse. The townhouse is immaculate and beautifully furnished with all the amenities you'd expect in a high end vacation home. Comfy beds, well-appointed kitchen, and two relaxing family/living rooms with wide screen TVs made our stay very comfortable. The location is great with the club house being a short walk away and many great restaurants and attractions within a 5 minute drive. Cornelia, the owner was a pleasure to deal with.
