I stayed at this property with a group of friends in order to attend the New Hampshire Highland Games. There was plenty of space for us and our kids. The kids loved the bunk rooms and table games in the basement, and the adults enjoyed the open floor plan on the first floor. I would absolutely consider staying here again in the future.

Joshua and I had the opportunity to talk prior to his stay. I found him to be pleasant. Upon arriving at our townhouse, I called Joshua to be sure that all was in order and as expected. It was a pleasure to have Sally and her family as guests. She alerted me to water collecting in the refrigerator. So, I was able to get my appliance repair man to repair it. Sally and her family took full advantage of the amenities that our home has and the community too. If hope to hear from Sally sometime in the future.

The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 children. Plenty of room for all of us. The layout of the house was perfect for us. The home was clean and you will not want for anything when renting this home. The home was fully stocked with everything you will need and then some! My grandchildren (and the adults LOL!) loved the downstairs with the air hockey table. My little grandchildren loved the toys for toddlers. The bedrooms in the basement with the bunk beds on opposite sides of the house worked out well for us! I was sad that we didn't have enough time there to fully enjoy everything on the property as well. Close to all attractions. The host, Marilyn, was very friendly and responded quickly when I had questions. Very pleasant person. I would give this property and the host a 10 out of 10. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself!

I speak with all of my guests prior to their arrival and at check in to be sure that all is as expected. Jeannine was always pleasant and appreciative. It is for families such as her's that I have the amenities that she mentions. I would welcome she and her family anytime.

This is the perfect place for a family gathering with children of any age including teenagers. The game room is huge and accommodates several activities at once. It rained for much of our visit. No problem. Staying home was fun. Bedrooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. So much to do in the area. Marilyn was excellent in sharing ideas for things to do, places to eat, etc. My daughter asked if we could make this an annual event. Fine with me!
