My husband, my son and myself visited Orange Beach for the first time this year. The condo was referred to us by our friends and we were able to stay right next door to them. The condo was very nice and clean when we arrived. The fact that is is right on the beach was so nice for us! We spent our days at the pool and could just walk right out to the ocean whenever we wanted without having to lug all of our things down there. Everyone that was staying there that week was very nice. We got to know a lot of them. The location of this condo is great, everything you need is right across the street and if that's not good enough, you can drive either direction and find more! We will be going back next year and are looking very forward to it!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.

Check in was at 3:00 we had already went and bought our groceries went to put them in the fridge and it was disgusting. My son went to use his bathroom and there was urine all over the potty. We went to our rooms the beds were unmaid. So needless to say our condo had not been cleaned. We were asked to leave our groceries in the bags and but them in the fridge and go ride around until it was cleaned. We were finally able to check in at 6:40. So we lost a whole day at the beach and all we got was a dang gift certificate to Doc's and I am allergic to Seafood. So that went in the trash!!! I will never ever stay there again!! The furniture was very uncomfortable as well and the balcony furinture is about to fall apart. I could go on and onOwner response: It is true that when this guest arrived at the condo it had not been cleaned. The cleaning service had it on the schedule for the following day. I apologized over and over for our mistake. We had a cleaning person there by 4:30 and the guest had a nice clean condo by 6:30. Please note there was no mention of a Nasty Condo after we cleaned the unit. I assure you she was our top priority. In all the years of renting our condos it was the first time this occurred and hopefully it will be the last. We try very hard to make sure our guest have a pleasant stay at our condo.
