Esta unidad temática de playa en el 4to piso está decorada con un nuevo sofá cama y un sillón en la sala de estar. Hay televisores de pantalla plana en la sala de estar, el dormitorio principal junto a la playa y el dormitorio de invitados. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada para preparar comidas y disfrutará de la increíble vista desde el balcón del golfo justo al lado de la sala de estar. Sunswept está situado directamente en la playa blanca como el azúcar que te separa de las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México. Este condominio en Orange Beach está a solo seis millas al este de Gulf Shores, Alabama. Encontrarás modernas tiendas directamente al otro lado de la calle. Iglesias, 10 campos de golf de primera clase y pesca están a poca distancia en coche.

Our stay was great. The location was perfect as far as beach access & to all the restaurants/shops/grocery stores. Our condo was clean, but was a little outdated. It had everything we needed though. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. I do wish the bath towels and washclothes could get an upgrade. Bigger and softer would be nice. The office staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bed/mattress was ok. Kitchen had an adequate supply of everything needed. Nice flooring, and large kitchen table. Property was excellently maintained. We watched as each morning the pool was cleaned and checked for chemicals, lawn was immaculate, outdoor shower area was clean, and elevators were Lysoled daily. Easy access to the beach, to grocery store, and restaurants. Bring your own bathroom tissue, a couple trash bags, and tissues. Smaller, older building but you won't be disappointed with this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been staying at this property for 30 years and have always been pleased with any room we’ve booked. The location is perfect with Walmart across the road. Staff was very friendly. There were problems with the elevators, but one was working when we checked out. One of the bathrooms needs an upgrade. However, I must say whomever did the decorative pieces in 407 has very good taste. Overall, we had a wonderful time and I will definitely go back.

Overall the unit was clean and decorated nicely with a beach theme. The beds were comfortable as was the rest of the furniture. There is a large table for dining and a kitchen with pretty much anything you would need if you want to cook. Also has a washer and dryer in the unit. The location is great and anything you need is within walking distance. Decent size balcony with nice table and chairs for morning coffee & evening relaxation. Clean pool & Excellent views of the Gulf & pool area. Very close to the beach. Has on-site security. The building does seem to be older and could use some exterior updating which looked like some was being done while we were there. Overall nice place and we would stay here again.

Second stay and we will come again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit. I was happy to see some things were repaired and “tended” to. One of my complaints was that there were not enough towels/wash cloths and no hand towels. This year, the towels didn’t change but they did add 2 hand towels. However, there were no hot pads. This unit is great in proximity to the pool and beach. We are able to allow our tweens to go to pool and we can see them from the balcony. I also felt comfortable allowing them to visit the pool in short spurts bc it’s so close to the beach. We love the condo location. It’s right across from Walmart and Publix is just down the road. The unit was clean and we had no issues at all.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My son and I stayed here on our way to drop him off at Fort Hood, TX. From the moment we pulled up to building we were feeling disappointed. The areas near the elevators were very dirty. The condo had a rusted front door which needed to be sanded down and painted. When you open the door you are met with a damp odor. The couches were old and needed updated. Windows had no screens and wouldn’t stay open if they did. Mattress needed replaced. We left a day early because we just didn’t feel comfortable or clean here. Very disappointed!

The convenience to the beach was exactly what we wanted. Groceries and restaurants within walking distance. The only drawback for our month stay in January was all the construction work. First 10 days roof construction that started before 8am and lasted well past 6pm. After that was finished, several other condos were remodeling. Some would work/drill past 9:40pm, not being thoughtful to their neighbors. The leasing office was closed most of our stay. Due to illness of staff and lack of staff. We would definitely rent here again - same condo #407
