"The Shade Villa", is located right at the beach, with a wooded view - you can walk from your living room to the beach in less than 30 seconds. The villa is conveniently located on Kiawah’s West Beach, just 30 minutes from historic downtown Charleston.
Completely renovated in 2007, this villa offers a beach cottage feel with all the comforts of a luxury home...granite countertops, hand-scraped maple wood floors and cottage-style furnishings along with stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, CD player, IPod dock station, wireless high-speed internet and a 37" flat-screen tv/dvd combo. This is a terrific place to spend your Kiawah Beach Vacation!
The villa offers a king-size bed, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, CD player, a flat-screen tv/dvd combo in the living room and in the bedroom, a large screened porch and high-speed internet access!
Of course, your comfort is our top priority there are plenty of feather pillows, Egyptian-cotton bed linens, down comforters and relaxing music from the fully-stocked CD player. The villa accommodates up to two adults and one child (12 or younger).
