Relax in the hot tub or take a refreshing swim in the pool...or make a trip down to the dock on Lake Chelan and enjoy some of the most pristine waters in North America.
We do live on the property but you will have all the privacy on all encompassing 10 acres.

This property is absolutely amazing! My husband just turned 50 and I wanted to give him a beach party on the lake. We invited our closest friends and family and had the most memorable time ever! This beautiful home sits just above lake with a gorgeous pool. The house is even more than the pictures portray. It sparkles inside with all the amenities you could ask for. There are three sets of doors that open right out to the pool from the house. If it is too hot (which it was pretty darn warm when we were there) the A/C is fantastic! All of the furnishings are up to date and lovely. Wonderful kitchen with everything you need. Two beautiful bedrooms with very modern and inviting bathrooms. Our kids slept on a Murphy bed in the living room and had a ball! The grounds are out of this world. The flower beds and gardens are beautifully tended. Wonderful space for any outdoor activity. They have a wonderful tennis court just off of the house. The dock down on the water is the hot spot. The picture doesn’t do it any justice. Huge space with picnic tables covered if needed. A wrap around bench and lounge chairs. A small kitchenette and fridge. There is the coolest three story high dock for all to enjoy. The kids had the most amazing time jumping and diving off. We had a couple of boats and wave runners which the dock had more than enough space for. And the owners are out of this world. Their kindness and hospitality are over the top. They were helpful, friendly, funny, polite, but also gave us our privacy and space. You couldn't ask for better hosts. If you get a chance to stay at this house you will be talking about it for years to come. Our family and friends were blown away by the whole package. Make this place your next vacation destination... it will be one of the best decisions you ever made! Thank you again for a wonderful stay on your property! It blew our socks off (I guess in our case our flip flops!) All the best to you!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Cancellation policy:
GENERAL TERMS 1. LEASE OF PREMISES. Landlord agrees to lease the Premises to Tenant for the term specified above and on the terms and conditions set forth herein. For the purpose of this Lease, "Premises" shall mean the entire premises rented to Resident, including pool & boat house. 2. RENT. The total rent for the term shall be paid in advance, or as otherwise agreed by Landlord or Agent in writing. 3. RETURNED CHECK CHARGE. A $50.00 fee, plus any applicable late fees, will be charged for a check returned for insufficient funds or any other reason by Tenant's bank. 4. SECURITY DEPOSIT AND RECEIPT. Agent acknowledges receipt of Tenant's Security Deposit in the amount specified above to ensure Residents compliance with the provisions of this Lease. The Security Deposit will be held by Agent or Landlord until property has been evaluated and amount of refund is determined, subject to the requirements outlined below. 5. REFUND OF DEPOSIT. Any refund of Tenant's Security Deposit is subject to the terms of this Lease. No portion of the Security Deposit will be refunded to a departing Resident until the Premises is vacated by all Residents. Resident understands that all or a portion of the Security deposit may be retained by Landlord/Agent upon termination of the tenancy and that a refund of any portion of the Security Deposit to Resident is conditioned as follows: a. All of the Security Deposit will be retained by Landlord/Agent as liquidated damages if Tenants fail to occupy the Premises for the term of the Lease specified above. In that event, the Security Deposit will be applied to charges for unpaid rent, cleaning, painting, property damages thereby resulting in additional charges becoming due and owing from Tenant. b. Tenant shall return to Landlord/Agent all keys provided during the tenancy. If keys are not returned, tenant will forfeit all deposits held. c. Tenant shall have remedied or repaired any damage to the Premises or Furnishings, if any, to the Landlord's satisfaction. d. Tenant shall have replaced any lost or missing items of furnishings or equipment, including personal property that the Landlord may deem necessary. e. Tenant shall have complied with all the provisions of this Lease and such other policies and procedures as the Landlord may deem necessary. f. Landlord or Agent shall have the right to proceed against Tenant to recover sums (exceeding the amount of Tenant's Security Deposit) for cleaning, painting or repairs to the Premises or replacement of lost or missing items for which Tenant is responsible, together with any reasonable attorney's fees as provided by law. 6. CANCELLATION. Cancellation or changes in reservations must be received 60 days in advance or the Rent Deposit is forfeited. Cancellations received less than 60 days in advance will forfeit all rents paid and fees unless agent is able to rent the property to another tenant. A $250 cancellation fee will be charged to all cancelled reservations regardless of the time in which they are cancelled. 7. USE. Tenant agrees that the Premises are to be used and occupied by Resident as a private dwelling and for no other purpose. Any adult residing in the Premises must be named as a "Resident" and, unless otherwise allowed by applicable law, the total number of adults and children residing in the Premises shall not exceed that set forth above. In the event there is a change in occupancy, the application process and approval from landlord is required in advance. There will a maximum of 6 persons allowed to occupy the Premise at any time, unless otherwise stated above. All request for Residences above the maximum allowed must be in writing and be approved by landlord or agent before occupancy occurs. QUIET TIME IS 11:00 PM. 8. LIABILITY: a. Tenant agrees that all personal property in the Premises shall be at the risk of Tenant except as provided by Washington State Law. Landlord and Agent shall not be liable in any manner for loss due to theft or damage sustained by fire or water, how so ever caused, or by any other cause to Tenants personal property. Tenant shall be responsible for the cost of repairing the Premises and/or any property that is damaged during Tenant's occupancy of the Premises, ordinary wear and tear excepted. b. Except as provided by Washington State Law, Landlord and Agent shall not be liable for claims, demands, causes of action, judgments, attorney's fees, costs and expenses arising from or connected with Tenant use or occupancy of the Premises or that Premises adjacent thereto, nor claims, demands, causes of action, judgments, attorney's fees, costs and expenses for property damage, bodily injuries or death suffered or caused in or about said Premises or the premises adjacent thereto, resulting directly or indirectly from the acts or neglect of Tenant. 9. PETS. Pets and animals of any kind are not allowed on the Premises, with the exception of Service animals. 10. NO SMOKING. No smoking is allowed in this home. 11. ATTORNEY'S FEES. Resident agrees to pay all costs, expenses and attorney's fees, as allowed by law, expended or incurred by Landlord by reason of any default or breach by Tenant of any of the terms of this Lease.

About the owner: My wife Heidi & I operate a wedding venue on the property. We were recently married in 2011 and we live in the property with our son Van and dog Midnight. Lake Chelan is a beautiful place to live and work and we enjoy sharing it with others. Running the wedding venue over the last few years we've enjoyed meeting new people and sharing a very special day in their lives.

The property has been in my family for 3 generations! My grandfather homesteaded in Lake Chelan in the last 1920's.
I have lived in Lake Chelan my whole life and absolutely love it here and am sure you will too. Lake Chelan offers many activities all year around
