Our family-friendly condo is perfect for your vacation on the beach. With 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for the whole family! Enjoy relaxing on your PRIVATE, 1000 sq ft balcony, overlooking the pool, beach & Gulf of Mexico. The view is spectacular! The sunsets are one of a kind & are some of the top rated in the US according to AAA Travel Magazine. This beautiful, spacious condominium is light & bright with Ethan Allen furnishings throughout.
The master suite has a king size bed & private bathroom with double sinks & an oversized shower. There's also a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk-in closet as well. The third & forth bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each with walk-in closets too. The 2nd bathroom has double sinks & a tub/shower combo.
For your convenience, there is a fully equipped kitchen (i.e. toaster, dishes, cooking utensils, crock pot, & much more). Condo has it's own laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer.
The condo is on the 2nd floor of the building. Your balcony has a private, spiral staircase leading directly to the covered, enclosed parking garage below. There is also an elevator available for all owners & guests. The building is completely safe & secure, permitting guest & owner access only.
Redington Beach is in a perfect location because it is quiet, yet it's only a short walk from many restaurants & shops. Plus, it is within a 30-60 minute drive from other main attractions such as Tampa International Airport, Tropicana Field, Raymond James Stadium, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island & much more! Redington Beach is in between Clearwater Beach & St. Pete Beach & is only 20 minutes away from either one.

We were looking for 4 bedrooms to sleep 8 with a pool on the beach and this fit the bill, small pool unheated. Great balcony, we would however liked the linens and towels to have been upgraded, they need mattress covers and pillow covers to prevent dust mites and such. we also found the kitchen lacking in staple items such as a cutting board and salad bowl, some basic upgrading needs to be done in the closets. the master closet was all rusty covered with towels- owners were greatRecommended for: Families with teenagers.

The condo was very clean, spacious, with a great view. The owners have pride in their condo and added small touches that made our stay more convenient. They had laundry detergent, kleenex, dishwasher detergent, and personal soap containers for each bathroom. The owners couldn't control the mild weather we had but other than that all was good. The only item that would be considered negative was the pool wasn't heated or not working. It was ice cold and no one could use it during the week we stayed. It would have been nice to utilize the pool on the colder days we had at beach.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers.

My Wife and I stayed a week in this very large four bedroom, two bath condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and enjoyed every second of our visit. The spacious outdoor deck was also incredible overlooking the pool and the gulf. We enjoyed dolphin watching nearly every day. We also went fishing right at the beach and caught a verity of fish. For a superb breakfast, I highly recommend a restaurant located less than a mile from the condo called the Frog Pond. Be sure to be hungry for they load you up with some great food. We plan to return next summer for our anniversary.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

We went for the month of September 2012, what a nice clean and spacious condo! The balcony is huge and it was very quiet (until we got there Lol) Walking on the beach was like walking on powder!!! I can not wait to go again. The condo had everything , just like being at home, the furniture was so nice the kids had to sit on the awesome area rug. ( just kidding) I highly recomend this condo. Oh and the owners are quick to respond to your every need and are there just to please you. This place is defiantly a 5 star place to stay and a good value :-)Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

The condo is easy to get to, convinient location, clean & well maintained. It was nice to be able to see the pool & the ocean from our balcony. It was exactly what we were looking for! The owners were helpful & prompt in getting back with us. See you next year!! (Or sooner ;-)Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

our family truly LOVED your condo. It even exceeded our expectations. The condo was spotless,organized, and you (the owners) were so helpful both before & durning the trip. You always got right back to us with the answers to our questions. We greatly appreciated it. We really loved the huge balcony...my god! To see the sunsets EVERY NIGHT, was breathtaking!!
