This wonderful, quiet little cabin is tucked in behind your hosts’ home. Although there are other homes around the cabin you will enjoy the feel of being in the country. The trees surrounding the house are plentiful and the outdoor picnic area is perfect for enjoying nature.
Inside is a large open living room and kitchen offering hill country decor. The living room has a comfy leather sofa (also a sleeper bed) and over sized chair—both are placed to enjoy the cable television. A fully equipped kitchen is large and perfect for those quiet evenings when you just want to stay in! The kitchen has a large refrigerator, range/oven and microwave. There is also a wonderful wood table that seats four.
A queen sleigh bed is in the bedroom topped with a coverlet and decorative pillows. Two wicker chairs and a table are found in the bedroom for that quiet reading time. The bath has a shower. Adjacent to the bathroom is laundry room complete with a washer and dryer.
A wonderful highlight of this home is the screened porch just outside the living room. Enjoy nature in all seasons at the table for four. It is inviting and waiting for your arrival.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Dubl-C Guest house ! Centrally located between Hunt and Kerville we were able to easily get in to town (Kerville) to get what we needed and were able to go sight seeing in Hunt down highway 39 that follows the Quadalupe river through the hills. I would recommend going to the Hunt store to eat lunch a place we go every visit to the hill country. Then you can always stop and enjoy the river at the rest area that is on the way to the Hunt store or a second stop on the river where there is a rope swing ! If that is not enough you can always go slide down the Ingram damn or just relax in the lake. We also went and checked out Stonehenge now located across from the point theatre in Ingram. What ever you decide to do the Dubl-C Guest house is a good choice for accommodations with everything you could possibly need for your stay even a washer and dryer. Not only that this place is very clean and the screened in porch is great for relaxing and listening to the Birds. We stay at a lot of places and the Dubl-C is the most spacious and well furnished place we have been to. You just can not beat the buy 2 nights get one free deal and the furnished drinks and snacks are a nice bonus ! I would recommend it and would definitely come back !Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.
Owner response: So glad you enjoyed your stay with DUBL- C Guest House and will look forward to seeing you back with us again. Spring is here and the weather is great for day trips to see all the beauty of the hill country or just relax in the cabin.

Owner info
About the owner: We have lived in the Hill Country for seven years and really enjoy all the beauty and wildlife. I am retired which allows me to take care of the rental and get in a game of golf every now & then. My wife had the opportunity to transfer here with her job which opened the door for us to move here. We hope you enjoy this beautiful area as much as we do.
Why the Owner Chose Ingram:
For several summers we helped our local lions club transport kids in need to the Kerrville Lions Club Camp. We often talked about how we would like to retire here and with my wife getting the chance to relocate here with her job our dream was answered.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
We enjoy being a short drive to Kerrville and many great restuarants, museums, live plays, golf and much more.
