Villa Captiva is a beautifully landscaped private gulf access home conveniently located for easy access to all the amenities that Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Naples areas have to offer! Villa Captiva is less than 30 minutes from the Fort Myers airport. It is just a short distance from Ft. Myers Beach and the world famous tropical barrier islands of Sanibel & Captiva which are known for the fine shelling and the nature preserve of Ding Darling. Nearby Ft. Myers and Naples have some of the most popular private and public golf courses, including the world famous championship Royal Tee Golf Course. Public tennis clubs are within a few minutes of the Villa. The spring training camp for the Boston Red Sox and famous inventor, Thomas Edison's home & museum are located in nearby Ft. Myers. Shopping abounds in the Cape Coral area! Miramar Outlets boosts over 140 designer & brand name stores. Seaside shopping, for those unique items, is also a short distance away in the quaint seaside town of Pine Island. From fast food, to local pubs & fine dining the restaurants in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers and surrounding areas are numerous.
Villa Captiva's living area has plenty of seating, a large flat screen TV, surround sound, DVD/CD player and cable. Large sliders open to the screened pool area. The spacious kitchen has a fully equipped work area as well as a separate dining area with skylights and table seating for 6 and counter seating for 4. Villa Captiva boasts a formal dining room for those special occasion dinners. The home has a dedicated office area complete with a desk, high speed internet service & Wi-Fi.
Villa Captiva features a split floor plan featuring 4 bedrooms that will sleep 8 comfortably. The master suite comes complete with a king bed, 26' flat screen TV, large walk-in closet and french doors leading to the screened lanai/pool area. The master bathroom has dual sinks, a large shower and a separate tub. Guest room #1 features a queen size bed and a walk-in closet. Guest room #2 has twin beds. The 3rd guest bedroom has a trundle bed. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan. The guest bathroom has a pool door allowing for convenient access to and from the pool and lanai area.
The lanai pool area has a western exposure and is entirely screened. The pool is heated with solar panels and a solar cover. The lanai has a gas grill, an outdoor table with seating for 6 for those poolside meals and lounge chairs for relaxing or enjoying a sunset.
Cape Coral is known for all the canals. These canals are plentiful with fish. Relax and watch the fish jumping or sit on the dock and fish for a while. No need to bring your own fishing poles, we have several available! Villa Captiva's boat dock and lift is situated on a gulf access canal. There is a backyard fence with a gate for access to the boat dock.

This was an amazing property and the pictures don't do it justice. The Property Manager and the Owner are very easy to work with and don't bother you but are always available if needed. The house is amazing especially the pool. The property has the basic amenities throughout. The property is well maintained and very clean. The yard was also just what we where looking for as we have two small dogs. The yard is completely fenced in, all the way to the ground and there was no way for our dogs to escape. The yard is big enough for them to venture around and explore the yard. We would easily recommend this property to friends and family and will be exploring to return in the near future. Bravo to the home owner and the property manager. This was an amazing stay for the month of April 2013. Cape Coral has a lot of amenities and shops and all layed out on the main roads and parkways.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

We have 4 children & 7 grandchildren that we wanted to spend quality time + a love for warm weather & fabulous beaches made Cape Coral perfect for us!
