Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Gulf Pines:
We purchased this property when we were standing on the beach looking to rent a beach front home and we saw the 'Green Flash' at sunset. We had to live on Sanibel. Being so close to Ding Darling, an 8000 acre National Wildlife Preserve and being able to find the most beautiful shells in the world.
