Modern 3 Bedroom House in Downtown Nashville!!!

  This house is beautiful. Everything is provided. Would suggest directions on how to work the TV remote and ceiling fans in the other bedrooms would be great. We weren't sure on what the the procedure was for check out such as taking out the trash, setting the alarm,etc. Some info for check out would be great. Downtown life is just a short drive. We would definitely recommend this rental and would love to visit Nashville again.

  Mu husband and I and my brother and his wife me met here for a long weekend getaway! The home was very nice, clean, comfortable, beautiful kitchen, and great location!! Raquelle, the agent, was very helpful!! She was always just a text or phone call away!!! The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been a tv and ceiling fan in every bedroom!! The master bedroom had both but only one other bedroom had a ceiling fan. We had the master bedroom so we were ok but my brother and wife really missed being without both!! I would suggest that the owner update each bedroom with a tv and ceiling fan. I don't think my husband would stay again if not because we would have to give up the master bedroom to the other couple since we had it this time!! Please consider doing this!!! If you stay here be sure and go eat at Monnell's, The Pharmacy, and for dessert The Cupcake Collection!! Best cupcakes EVER!!! Thanks again for a great getaway!!!

  This house was great. It was situated in a up and coming down town neighborhood. Short cab ride or walk to downtown. House was very clean and great for our adult weekend getaway.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  My geographically-spread-out family of adults stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday--even cooked a full turkey day spread in the modern well equipped kitchen. We found the location perfect-quick cab ride to music row but far enough away to have the neighborhood home feeling we are used to at holidays. As noted by others the home is very clean, modern and the beds are super comfortable! The agent was very accommodating and makes herself available should the need arise for your entire stay--her dining-shopping suggestions were also great.

  The home looked as if it had been recently remodeled and much of the home looked brand new. The bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen were all as clean as I would keep my own home, which made our stay all the more comfortable. Nice front porch for relaxing with friends and the kitchen area was great for congregating with the group over dinner time. The three bedrooms supplied the perfect amount of space for three couples to sleep comfortably. The location was a little off downtown, but was a reasonable drive/cab fare away. Given the value of this property, I'm ok that it wasn't "in the heart of it all" so to speak. My only complaint was with the entertainment system. I consider myself to be fairly tech savvy and yet I, with 5 other 30somethings, couldn't figure out how to operate the darn thing. The cable/tv/stereo/ipod doc were all operated by the same remote which was surely designed by the folks at Nasa. Of course, we weren't there to watch TV, so no big deal there, and when we finally did figure out the music we were pleasantly surprised to find speakers built into the ceiling. Last but not least, the leasing/rental woman charged with checking us in and out did an excellent job. We arrived on the July 4 holiday and she made herself 100% available and answered all of our questions. Overall, excellent property!

• great house, close to everything

  My friends and I stayed at the property when we visited Nashville for the weekend for a Vanderbilt game. While the house is not in walking distance to anywhere, it is a quick cab ride to everywhere, including downtown and the Vanderbilt area. The house itself is wonderful, and way exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay at the property again.
