Spectacular 3 mile panoramic lake view from this completely updated, fully furnished, 5 bedroom, 3 full and 2 half bath home with travertine floors throughout, new kitchen with granite countertops and the works, three decks for relaxing & woodburning fireplace. Enjoy a terrific lake view from every bedroom. Four bedrooms have a sliding glass door to a deck overlooking the lake. This home is in terrific shape and ready for your memory making lake fun. Also available for rent is our 25 foot 2008 Triton pontoon boat with 3 logs for improved stability and a 175hp engine. Blacktop all the way to the home. Grocery, resturants, gas, tackle and convenience stores all just 3 to 5 minutes away. Located at the 2MM of the Big Niangua where the spring fed water is clear and cool. The Big Niangua enters the Osage (main lake) at the Osage 31MM. Near by we have many of the famous bar and grill fun spots on the Lake of the Ozarks like Captain Ron's, Larry's on the Lake & The Fish Company. Other near by great lake attractions included: Ha Ha Tonka State Park with its old castle, large spring coming out of a cave, natural arch, sinkholes and miles and miles of hiking trails (12 mile boat ride or 20 minute drive), Bridal cave, canoe trips, and several world class golf courses. The 4th bedroom is pictured with the double bunk beds and does not have a bedroom door. It is open to the hall. The 5th bedroom is a living room-bedroom suite detached from the main house. It is about 5 steps away using a door on the middle level. The 5th bedroom suite is under the detached garage which offers some privacy for guests. You can see the layout from the posted picture of the front of the property. The suite is updated and offers a half bathroom, tons of windows, tile flooring and its own heating & cooling system.
