  My family and I couldn't have stayed at a better Villa. Imagine taking your home with you on your vacation, and placing it right on the beach; where in less than 30 steps you will go from your front door to putting your foot in ocean water. Here was my schedule while I was there: wake up in the morning, have tea and bagel, or eat cereal; around noon, walk to the beach, play with the kids, relax with the spouse sun-bathing or in the water, the water temperature is perfect; return to the Villa after a few hours, turn on the grill, grill some corn, chicken, steak, ribs, etc. There's Cable in the Villa to catch up on what's going on on CNN or any channel we wanted. There's Wi-fi, so that we could get on the internet if we needed to. There are restaurants, grocery stores, and anything you might need near by. Anything and everything that you can think of is within 30 minutes drive. If it's adventure you seek, you'll find it; if it's big city life you seek, you'll find it. Simply put, the Villa is the perfect location for your trip to Puerto Rico. Simply put, the Villa is GREAT!!! I'll recommend it to one and all.

  we Just stayed in April my sister and I nd our 4 children it was clean spacious and it had everything we needed and then some. we had a blast and enjoyed the local beach almost everyday.. Berto and or Anette were very promt to answer any questions we had. lots of local restaurants, supermarkets and everything you might need. overall very nice and beautiful place to stay will difently stay again in the future and will recommend it to friends and family. thank you

  Stayed here for a week while working in the Luquillo area. Condo was clean and comfortable. Wish I would have had time to enjoy the beach. The owners and manager were very friendly and easy to work with. Look forward to visiting again; hopefully when I am not working to enjoy the area!

  We enjoyed our stay in the villa in Luquillo. The villa was exactly as described. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a cute Christmas tree on the counter in the kitchen. The owner provided essential supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, suntan lotion, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, etc., which was very helpful. The villa is just steps from a lovely beach that we had all to ourselves for much of the week. The grounds around the condo complex are very pretty. The sunrises and sunsets at the beach were incredible. It was great to have beach chairs, a cooler and other beach supplies provided. We enjoyed lots of nearby attractions: hiking and ziplining in El Yunque, kayaking in the bio bay, and visiting the kioskos for mojitos and authentic Puerto Rican food. This villa is not plush and elegant, however it was just fine for our active family. We would definitely want to return in the future.

  I and 3 other friends stayed 10 days in this nice beach apartment. We love the apartment and we were so happy that we can walk a few meters to the Luquillo beach, We felt like we have a private beach for our self. The apartment is very clean and has everything we need to cook and do laundry.Owners are great, apartment complex is very safe.

  We spent a week at Annette's place and had a very good time. We travelled for our first family trip with our 18 month old son. The place was perfect for us, Annette had arranged we had all equipment needed for the baby: Highchair, crib, toys of the beach, we were really please to discover that not only we had everything we needed but they are all in excellent shape. The apartment was spacious and clean, really on the beach (10 meters from the beach gate). You could hear the sound of the ocean from the deck. you can take a 15- 20 minutes walk/run along the beach from the property. A car is needed to go shopping and get to the center. They are nice restaurants just 5 minutes drive to the kioskos. If we come back to Puerto Rico with kids we would definitely look to rent this place again.

  My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week. Location is perfect for those who prefer quiet atmosphere. Beautiful beach is walking distance from the condo. If you walk along the beach, away from the populated areas, you can find a wild paradise with tropical fish and sand surrounded by the palm trees - all for yourselves. The condo provides great security and things which make modern person feel comfortable - an air conditioning, washer and dryer, microwave, stove and oven to list few of them. This condo is childproof, which could me a major plus for those who travel with small children. Alana, her assistant Bubbles and Alana's husband is a great team. Alana is always there to address any issue you might encounter. Next time we plan our vacation in Puerto Rico, we will consider staying there again.

  My family enjoyed a week's stay at this beachside condo. Close to the beach - Close to the Kioskos - Close to good local eateries - Close to the Bio Bay and El Yunke! And the Master bedroom was so comfy! Great night's sleep! Loved the family table for breakfast ! Nice and Clean .... comes with complete kitchen amenities and washer and dryer. Alana is great! Thanks for being there for all of our needs!
