Ideal for large and multi-family vacations, this three-story house, fully decorated and furnished, was built in 2010. Furnished patios with views of the surrounding ACE Basin estuary on each floor. Spiral staircase leading to rooftop deck with a clear view of the sky, good for stargazing and telescopes. The house has a washer and dryer and provides towels and linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and dinnerware large table and kitchen island, seating up to ten people comfortably.
House has four bedrooms, all of which have Private Bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are located on second floor with two masters facing the water with walk out deck .Forth bed room for kids on lower level sleeps 6 to 7 complete with TV and large selection of dvd movies. Both master suites have his-and-her sinks and window views of the water.
500-foot pier, located over deep water, has electricity, water, and two floating docks. A boat launch is located less than 10 minutes away, making the pier great for fishing, crabbing, shrimping, boating,kayak, swimming, and dolphin watching. The house sits on two lots, with a large turnaround for boats, RVs and additional parking.
House is located near many attractions and sightseeing. 45 minutes from Charleston, Hilton Head and Savannah, GA. 35 minutes from Hunting Island State Park, which a public beach, hiking trails and a historic lighthouse.

We have rented homes from VRBO on multiple occasions, and have always been pleased, but this stay surpassed them all. Mimi was the kindest, most helpful owner ever, and her home is beautiful. The pictures really don't do it justice. We were a party of grandparents, children and grandchildren and we all had an incredibly fun time. We fished, crabbed (fixed them for dinner), went boating and watched dolphins right from the dock. We will definitely be back. If you are looking for a home in the Beaufort area, contact Mimi. You won't be disappointed!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I rented this home the week of my son's graduation from Marine boot camp. This house is amazing! It was spacious & beautiful; 11 of us stayed here comfortably. The bedrooms were gorgeous...the bathrooms one more beautifully designed than the last. We were even lucky enough to see Dolphin's right off the dock in the backyard! The house is 20 min from the base; there is a Walmart close by; the grocery store is 10 minutes down the road; there are several restaurant nearby. You should definitely try out "Fat Patty's" they have the best burgers in town! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway.

This beautiful home was perfect for our extended family. Plenty of room to mingle and spread out. The sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous. Convenient to Parris Island. The owner was extremely helpful and gracious, allowing us to use anything in the house so we didn't have to pack so much.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

WOW! This house is so AMAZING, you would be CRAZY not to take it!!! Beautiful, modern, clean... Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the view of the river from the house is amazing! The dock is incredible, and we had a hard time getting kids to come back into the house, especially after seeing dolphins by the dock. This house has everything, and we mean EVERYTHING! It absolutely feels like home, and the owner sure makes you feel as if you are a long lost friend, or a family... and they want you to have fun and be comfortable. And we sure did have a great time after bringing home our new Marine! Plenty of room, and conveniently located to the USMC Marine Recruit Depot on Parris Island (about 20 minutes away). It was the best experience ever, and this would be definitely a place to come back to if we are ever again in the area. The only regret - the site doesn't allow you to give more than five stars in your review, because this place deserves at least 10!!! Our son was graduating as a US Marine. This house was approximately 20 minutes away from Parris Island. When we arrived and opened the door it was such a welcoming feeling. Everyone's reaction was the same........wow!!!!! The house was equipped with everthing you will ever need on a trip and more. All you have to do is show up. If there is ever a need for us to return to S.C. this will definitely be the place I would want to stay. We've already started to have discussion about returning just to relax. Mimi was awesome! Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner, and the price was great too!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great time! Everything was just as pictured or described at the VRBO site and more. Wish we had more time to enjoy the beautiful house. Three nights was just not enough. The house was so perfect for the nine of us to stay. We were early to rise and to the Parris Island base to take in all the festivities surrounding our nephew's graduation from boot camp. The weather was cold but luckily no rain. The house was in a great location for we were able to travel to and from the base in only 20 minutes using the bypasses. It was such a pleasure to return to the house, rest, and enjoy the beautiful view. Being able to stay together as a "family" was the greatest. We cannot begin to express how thankful we were for the property owner answering our questions and concerns promptly. Our Marine nephew joined us the last night after graduation and he was so excited to have a bedroom with a comfortable bed and private bath. After three months in a rack at boot camp, he said the house was paradise! Our family will definitely stay there again when visiting the area, if available. We could not be more pleased as tenants and highly recommend this property to others.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

100% + Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! Beautiful, relaxing and spacious! Gorgeous accomodations - but not 'stuffy' at all. We came to Parris Island, for our son's Marine Boot Camp graduation - and had extended family staying with us. The decks overlooking the water were amazing - the screened in porch was great! We caught crabs off of the dock and cooked them one evening for dinner, cooked hamburgers on the grill and had a family style spaghetti dinner one night! Pefect home for large familes - lots of room to visit together, and lots of rooms to have privacy! About a 25 minute drive to Parris Island - but well worth it! Did some local shopping in Beaufort (Walmart, TJ Max, grocery shopping, etc.). This was one of the best decisions of our trip - highly recommend this little 'piece of heaven'!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
