Charming Custom Carriage House on 40 Acres! Only 5 minutes to Beaufort's Bay St.

Located only 5 miles to the beautiful Beaufort historic town center and Bay Street, this studio apartment sits on 40 acres with 2 ponds and a beautiful marsh view, with lots of wildlife. Also, located within a couple of miles are some very fine restaurants & shopping. Hunting Island State Park is only 15 minutes away and is a 5,000 acre park, with 3 miles of natural beach. The 550 Sq. ft. new custom built studio offers a plush king size bed, microwave, fridge, sink, toaster and coffee machine. The kitchenette is stocked with dishes, utensils, cups, and glasses. There is also a flat screen tv, with Satellite service, and high speed internet !
An oversized walk in shower with body wash & shampoo, hair dryer, and luxury linens and towels. TP, and paper towels are provided as well. Granite counter tops in both the kitchen and bath, and crown molding throughout, shows of the quality craftsmanship put into this building. Our studio, will accommodate 2 adults. No smoking and no pets. THERE IS A 5 NIGHT MAXAMUM NIGHT STAY. No cleaning fee.
We have now incorporated Bi-Polar Ionization into our cleaning routine, between each guest visit. This kills over 90% of bacteria and viruses, using positive and negative ions, discharged into the air, without any ozone. This equipment, is the exact same used at: Boeing, Delta, Disney, Gulfstream, LearJet, Netflix, Target Corp. and the USAF, US Marines and US Navy. It is produced by Global Plasma Solutions.

This is an A VRBO! It is a garage apartment that is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had a very nice kitchen that was perfect with a microwave, kitchen sink, and small refrigerator. The location is very convenient between Beaufort and the Sea Islands. Our host was very attentive and we will definitely return!

Everything was perfect for our mini vacation to just get away for a few days. It was very peaceful especially watching the deer and other wildlife that visited the lake. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. This was our second time staying there and we enjoyed every second both times.

Comfortable, clean, very nice furnishings, all kitchen and bathroom necessities provided, beautiful view overlooking pond and fountain, away from heavy traffic but convenient for driving to Beaufort and Port Royal. There was no need to contact our hosts but they were right next door if we had needed them.

A Hidden Gem – We Loved Our Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful carriage house during a recent wedding weekend. It was perfect for the two of us—very clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated. The house is very nice! Great location. Only thing is it’s not really a kitchenette. No stove or grill. Has a tiny fridge and a microwave. Not really any way to cook anything. Next time we will bring a skillet or hot plate to cook breakfast. We ate out for dinner, so not a problem for that.
