We are a beautiful 2 storey house with 2 guesthouses situated on the pristine beach in the sought after town of Hawaii, Guatemala. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms, each guesthouse has 2 double beds and a full bathroom. The house is an elegant mix of traditional beach building with modern twists such as hardwood floors, granite countertops and custom made mahogany furniture. with many aditional comforts such as a fully equiped modern kitchen, mosquito netting and powerful fans for comfort. All bathrooms are modernly equiped with all the necesities and some with a bathtub as well. The large private pool and jacuzzi allows you to relax in your own private luxurios setting while being just steps from the Breathtaking Pacific Ocean.
We have also hosted weddings and are an execlent backdrop to a special large group function
*** Please ask us about our mid week special (mon-thurs) $200 per night for up to 6 people with a 2 night minmum.

We were at the house for 3 days and it was simply an amazing experience!!! The house is well maintained and the pool and jacuzzi were spectacular. (my children spent most of the time there) The beach is a few feet away and from all the places I've stayed near Monterrico, this is by far the best beach area. The caretaker was nice and always willing to run errands! I truly recommend this place, you get what you pay for :-)Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The house is beautiful and the location is fantastic - right on the beach! However, we paid top dollar for this house and it had NO HOT WATER! That means no hot water for the jacuzzi, washing dishes or taking a shower. It is a great house for a large group (we had nine people) and Oliver, the caretaker, was very helpful.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thanks very much for the comment, we appreciate any feedback to make our place more comfortable. The fact that we did not mention the hot water is because in the last 3 years of renting our house it has never been an issue with the hundreds of people who have rented the place as the beach is a nice warm place. We have since put on the web site that there is no hot water but that with the majority of our guests it is not an issue. thanks once again
