  I have to admit I was mildly nervous at first -- the rate was pretty low, even compared to other similar units in the same complex. Still, some good reviews, so I went with it. The owner was absolutely professional, very responsive, and gave us some good advice. I e-mailed in advance with a couple of questions and she got back to me very quickly. The unit itself was great for our family (3 adults, two kids) in 3 very reasonably-sized rooms, and the two bathrooms made getting out in the morning much faster. Full kitchen, and not far from a large (and very garish, but what do you expect?) commercial strip with supermarkets and the like. Only about 15 minutes' drive-time to Disney parks -- never really encountered significant traffic except when leaving parks post-fireworks or rush-hour traffic on I-4 when we went to Kennedy Space Center. No "in-unit" pool like the townhomes or houses in this community, but a <3 minute walk gets you to the "big" pool, complete with hot tub and water slide. WiFi worked flawlessly. Only hassle was the annoying barcode reader at the entrance to the community, but that's certainly not the owner's issue. Pretty quiet (on the street side, so no pool noise) and only minimal "everyday" noise from adjoining units. Unit was very clean, fully-furnished, and had everything listed. It's certainly not a high-end spa or anything, but for a family looking for a good experience at a splendid price, it was perfect. I would *definitely* stay here again, and I strongly recommend you do.

  We stayed here the second week of October 2011 and had a great time. As soon as we walked in the door my kids (8 and 2 years) saw the bookcase with alle the childrens books and games and they felt right at home. The place is nice, clean and spacious. And located near the parks (about 10-15 min) Although I haven't met the owner it feels like I've known her for quite a while. She is very attentive and gives lot's of information by email (about the condo, weather etc) before your vacation even starts. My kids loved the pool too. They even preffered to go to the pool instead of one of the parks! If you rent the condo you can save lot's of room in your suitcase because you don't have to bring any extra (pool) toys.

  This condo was wonderful and very clean. We have 3 kids and they LOVED the place. It has games, books, toys and even kids plates and beach towels. The home is very comfortable. The owners we great to work with. The responded quickly to e-mails. The place had a pack n play which made it easy that we did not have to bring one along. We will stay here again. The community was wonderful and we loved the pool and playground. The pool is close to the condo without having the noise of being by a pool. Could not have asked for a better stay.

  This condo served as the perfect home base to my family's Disney vacation. It surpassed our expectations. The home is clean, comfortable and well appointed. I'd recommend this condo to friends and relatives. The owners were very helpful with all of our questions.

  Condo was in great location- we love Windsor Hills. The condo was well maintained- we loved that their was toys and books and such for our kids, rooms were immaculate, TVs in every room with DVD player, wireless internet. Overall really good. Owner sent me a hard copy of the receipt by snail mail and email mail (I live in Canada) and I thought this was a nice touch. Areas to improve- couches were old and probably should be replaced; 3 cordless phones were there but only one was plugged in- uncertain why they were all there; door is a manual key lock which was a little difficult to turn. I would definately recommend; of all the places I have stayed in Windsor Hills this was better than average because of the extra games/toys/books that helped to keep our kids (5,3,1) busy.

  Owner response: Thank you for your review. I asked my managment company to make the lock easier to turn and to plug in the phones which were disconnected by the phone company earlier in the month. We replaced our sleeper sofa and cleaned our other sofa. We also now have WI-FI as opposed to a DSL modem.

  My husband and I had a wonderful time at the condo with our two children: 16mths and *almost* 3yr old. The kids loved the Mickey decor in the bedroom and bathroom. There were tons of kids books, games, puzzles, and movies. Super close to the pool which was a definite plus. Would stay there again!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
