Our luxurious three bedroom Condo, located in the new magnificent resort, Windsor Hills, is only 1.5 miles from Disney .
Our tastefully decorated Condo consists of a ceramic tiled living room with a sleeper sofa, dining room, kitchen, laundry area, two full baths, three carpeted bedrooms, and a screened balcony. Our master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, VCR/DVD player and mini stereo. It has a private bathroom and shower. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, TV, VCR/DVD player and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds whimsically decorated with a Disney theme, TV, and VCR/DVD player.
Our non-smoking, no pets Condo offers a comfortable stay for you and your family, a home away from home feeling. Our Condo includes free of charge: local phone calls, cable TV, air conditioning, electricity, water, full-size washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 pack ‘n play infant cribs/play-yard, full size high chair, booster chair (six months - four-years-old), and a full-size stroller (up to 45 pounds).
Linens, pool towels, hair dryers, alarm clocks, iron and ironing board, cooking utensils, VCRs, DVD players, games, books, and videos are also included.

We stayed here the second week of October 2011 and had a great time. As soon as we walked in the door my kids (8 and 2 years) saw the bookcase with alle the childrens books and games and they felt right at home. The place is nice, clean and spacious. And located near the parks (about 10-15 min) Although I haven't met the owner it feels like I've known her for quite a while. She is very attentive and gives lot's of information by email (about the condo, weather etc) before your vacation even starts. My kids loved the pool too. They even preffered to go to the pool instead of one of the parks! If you rent the condo you can save lot's of room in your suitcase because you don't have to bring any extra (pool) toys.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.

This condo was wonderful and very clean. We have 3 kids and they LOVED the place. It has games, books, toys and even kids plates and beach towels. The home is very comfortable. The owners we great to work with. The responded quickly to e-mails. The place had a pack n play which made it easy that we did not have to bring one along. We will stay here again. The community was wonderful and we loved the pool and playground. The pool is close to the condo without having the noise of being by a pool. Could not have asked for a better stay.

This condo served as the perfect home base to my family's Disney vacation. It surpassed our expectations. The home is clean, comfortable and well appointed. I'd recommend this condo to friends and relatives. The owners were very helpful with all of our questions.

Condo was in great location- we love Windsor Hills. The condo was well maintained- we loved that their was toys and books and such for our kids, rooms were immaculate, TVs in every room with DVD player, wireless internet. Overall really good. Owner sent me a hard copy of the receipt by snail mail and email mail (I live in Canada) and I thought this was a nice touch. Areas to improve- couches were old and probably should be replaced; 3 cordless phones were there but only one was plugged in- uncertain why they were all there; door is a manual key lock which was a little difficult to turn. I would definately recommend; of all the places I have stayed in Windsor Hills this was better than average because of the extra games/toys/books that helped to keep our kids (5,3,1) busy.
Owner response:Thank you for your review. I asked my managment company to make the lock easier to turn and to plug in the phones which were disconnected by the phone company earlier in the month. We replaced our sleeper sofa and cleaned our other sofa. We also now have WI-FI as opposed to a DSL modem.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the condo with our two children: 16mths and *almost* 3yr old. The kids loved the Mickey decor in the bedroom and bathroom. There were tons of kids books, games, puzzles, and movies. Super close to the pool which was a definite plus. Would stay there again!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
