Unit 109 at One Ocean Place is located on first floor with magnificent ocean front view! Building has two service elevators but since unit is on 1st floor, there's no need to wait! There are 4 levels of parking available. Security guard on premises.
There are two 3 to 5 foot deep outside swimming pools and two Jacuzzis. Lounge chairs and tables located around pools. Pools and Jacuzzis open till 11 P.M.!
Two car per unit parking allowed with security gate access! Ocean is a stone's throw from the unit! Life guard on duty directly in front of building from 9 am to 5 pm daily from May 31st till Labor Day! Beach chairs and umbrella rentals available! Fresh water showers available after ocean swim. Rest room located near pool.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We have a great ocean view and see a spectacular sunrise every morning, especially when we are eating breakfast out on the patio. Since we are on the first floor, we don't have to wait for an elevator. We either walk up one flight of stairs if we are parked on the ground floor or right to the unit if we are parked on the same level!

I am originally from New Jersey. I have been coming to the Myrtle Beach area since 1987 and moved here in 2003. I live in Murrells Inlet. I have a great wife, 2 children and 5 grandchildren.

We certainly enjoyed our long weekend at your condo. This was our first experience with VRBO and I was somewhat skeptical. Everything was as shown on the listing and as a matter of fact, the condo was actually larger than expected. Your prompt replies to my emails and the return of the security deposit as stated made the transaction very smooth. Hope to visit again soon! Thanks again!

Since the weather was so bad, we stayed indoors a lot. Fortunately, the condo was pleasant, clean, well furnished, and comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves and spent time on the balcony reading and watching the ocean. Mike was easy to work with and I would recommend his condo to my friends.

This condo was a wonderful find. It was well-kept and nicely laid out. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Beautiful views. It is easy to see that the owner has taken extra steps to make the tennant's stay a nice one. Details were well thought out and personal touches made very apparent. I would love to stay here again!

We stayed at One Ocean Place during Bike Week. We were turned down by other places, who had "weekly rental only" policies - the owners of Unit 109 had a very flexible policy. The condo was very clean and much bigger than it looked online - and it is located in Surfside, which is great if you are a motorcyclist. The covered parking was great with the bikes and the security team was top notch. We hope to rent with you again next year! Thanks!

This was our second year staying in One Ocean Place. We enjoy this condo so much. It is well maintained, clean and well appointed. The owners are courteous and a pleasure with which to do business. It is exactly as pictured and comes highly recommended from this NC family.

What a lovely place to stay! Everything was as stated on website. Mike very friendly and accomodating. Kitchen well-stocked with stainless steel pots/pans. Filtered water from side-by-side refrigerator a definite plus. Absolutely spectacular view - eat your meals inside while enjoying a spectacular view of the beach and ocean - amazing! Very well kept property/building - very quiet and friendly. Would recommend to anyone. In fact we have already booked for next year!

Location is excellent and kitchen well equipped. Condo found clean and spacious. Great view. Rental arrangements were smooth. The owner made this experience a positive one. Note to people with mobility challenges that master bath has tub (step over) shower and guest bath has walk-in shower. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Hope to make use of this gem again!

Stayed here Oct 29 -31. This is the best time to be at the beach. Mr. Samra's condo is great. Everything just as advertised. Very clean and because it's on the first floor (overlooking pool and ocean) there is no hassle waiting on an elevator to get to the unit. I would recommend this condo to anyone
