Nestled in a private patio this condominium is an area coveted for its coastal setting. Your tropical escape will leave you wondering "like a kid on a playground" what to do next.
The living room door opens out on to a balcony overlooking the gulf and Schlitterbahn water park. You can have your morning coffee and watch the island come alive or relax with a drink on your patio while soaking up all the natural beauty that is found along the Gulf's shore.
Easy access to the beach from the unit is rather easy paces away from the building. It takes about 3 minutes walk to the beach.
The complex features clubhouse and ample parking.
After a day at the beach, take a dip in the swimming pool or relax in one of the two hot tubs. The condo complex is never crowded.
Enjoy a game of tennis at one of the three tennis courts.
Experience the true luxury on the island at an incredible price.

Living Room
The living room features a rattan love seat and couch as well as a flat screen 47 inch LCD TV and DVD player. Broad windows let in natural light and offer views of Schlitterbahn Water Park and the Gulf of Mexico beyond, while glass doors open onto the balcony to afford you a better view.
Kitchen
The spacious kitchen is open to the living and dining spaces, creating one large great room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create delicious meals, including microwave, oven and range, full-size refrigerator, toaster, electric can opener, glass blender, programmable coffee maker, electric can opener, hand mixer, and non stick pots and pats. The dining area, which is just on the other side of the counter, features a table with four chairs.

The dining room with Rattan style furnishings comfortably sits four people.
Master Bedroom
The bedroom features a king-sized bed and beautiful linens with a shell theme. Big windows let in natural light, while a 32 inch TV and DVD player provide entertainment.
Additional Sleeping Areas
The couch in the living room pulls out into a queen-size sleeper bed.
Outdoor Living Spaces
The balcony offers beautiful views of the island, including Schlitterbahn Water Park and the Gulf of Mexico. The resort features a huge swimming pool, two hot tubs, and tennis courts. Enjoy a three-minute walk to the beautiful beach.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful and comfortable condo. To begin with, the entire condo was clean and very inviting. Despite the fact that it is a one bedroom, five of us were quite happy and never felt that we needed more space. My husband, baby and I slept in the bedroom and my parents slept on the sofa bed. The condo had everything we needed. The location was perfect. I would recommend this place to others and I will definately be coming back next year!!!

First I would like to thank Andy and Cynthia for everything, the condo and service is second to none. It was so relaxing knowing I had a home to go to instead of a hotel. Plenty of room, CLEAN and quiet. Walked to the beach everyday (chairs and umbrella provided), sat on the balcony at night and took in the fresh air. We will definitely be coming back in the future. My husband and I came down 21- 24 Oct. for Sandcastle Days. The condo was in a perfect location. Easy walk up the beach to Isla Blanca Park. The condo was wonderful, looks exactly like photos. The building is quiet and well kept. The pool was a little too cold for my taste but the hot tub was great! Andy has everything you could possible need in the condo . All you need to bring is yourself! It is cheaper than staying in a hotel and the bonus is that you have all the comforts of home! Definitely worth coming back to! This was my first time using vrbo.com so I was a little nervous but Andy and Cynthia made everything so easy.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful condo over July 4th weekend. The beach access is awesome, the view is not obstructed by another building, the amenities are nice, the kitchen is very well stocked, there's a B-B-Q pit on the balcony (and there was charcoal and lighter fluid in the condo!), and the bed is super comfortable. Andy was great in keeping us informed about Hurricane Alex, and gave us a brief opportunity to change our reservation dates about a week before. My only complaints about this place are that the shower water was cold every time we took a shower regardless of time of day, and, although water pressure was fine in the shower, the water pressure was so low in the kitchen that it was obnoxious to wash dishes.
Owner response:Thank you for being a valued guest. We got that taken care of as soon as we found out. Another guest had lowered water heater temperature, which we have reset and haver replaced the faucet in the kitchen. Next time you will have a wonderful vacation! You have been a wonderful guest.

We stayed at the Gulfview condo in June, 2010 and had a great time. The condo was well maintained and as described in the listing. Both Andy and his agent were available and helpful with any questions we had--including checking on us with the approach of hurricane Alex. The pool was excellent and really enjoyed by our 10 and 13 year olds.

WOW... What a wonderful stay our family had at Andy's Gluf View Condo. It is beautiful and extra, extra, extra clean! Our family stayed July 12th-16th 2009 and our children loved it!! The staff at Gulf View are very friendly and the other guests were quiet. Andy and Cynthia-his assistant on the Island- were a dream to work with. Andy is so organized and professional. He made planning our family vacation so easy, truly hassel free!!! We will certainly call/email Andy again on our next visit to South Padre Island! Thanks Andy!!!! :)

Our family stayed at Andy's Gulfview I, #409, condo when we visited South Padre Island 6/30-7/5/09. I knew I had made the right choice when when my children opened the door and gave me "two thumbs up". The condo is beautiful, and exceeded our expectations in so many ways. It is evident that Andy gives a lot of thought to providing "best in class" service. The building is clean and quiet, and everyone - staff and other tenants - were very nice. THANK YOU ANDY for your attention to every detail. We think you are awesome! We will definitely be back and plan to stay in a 2BR/2BA next time.

My Wife and I used this for our Honeymoon and it was the best thing that we could have done. Andy was very easy to work with and the whole experience was hassle free. My husband and I stayed at Andy's Gulfview I condo last week for our honeymoon. We couldn't have been happier with the lovely decor, the great location and the extra amenities, including a thoughtful little surprise left for us. I planned our wedding myself and arranging this condo was one of the very few things that went smoothly. Andy and Cynthia, the local agent, were both so easy to work with, always responding promptly to questions and ensuring everything was in tip top shape. I highly recommend any of Andy's properties. You won't be disappointed. We are already planning our next trip back and won't bother to look at anyone else's listings as we know we will have a positive experience staying in any of Andy's properties.
