Easy access to the beach from the unit is rather easy paces away from the building. It takes about 3 minutes walk to the beach.
The complex features clubhouse and ample parking.
After a day at the beach, take a dip in the swimming pool or relax in one of the two hot tubs. The condo complex is never crowded.
Enjoy a game of tennis at one of the three tennis courts.

Living Room
The living room features a rattan love seat and couch as well as a flat screen 37 inch TV and DVD player. Broad windows let in natural light and offer views of Schlitterbahn Water Park and the Gulf of Mexico beyond, while glass doors open onto the balcony to afford you a better view.
Kitchen
The spacious kitchen is open to the living and dining spaces, creating one large great room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create delicious meals, including microwave, oven and range, full-size refrigerator, toaster, electric can opener, glass blender, programmable coffee maker, electric can opener, hand mixer, and non stick pots and pats. The dining area, which is just on the other side of the counter, features a table with four chairs.

The dining room with Rattan style furnishings comfortably sits four people.
Master Bedroom
The bedroom features a king-sized bed and beautiful linens with a shell theme. Big windows let in natural light, while a 27 inch TV and DVD player provide entertainment.
Additional Sleeping Areas
The couch in the living room pulls out into a queen-size sleeper bed.
Outdoor Living Spaces
The balcony offers beautiful views of the island, including Schlitterbahn Water Park and the Gulf of Mexico. The resort features a huge swimming pool, two hot tubs, and tennis courts. Enjoy a three-minute walk to the beautiful beach.
