2 bed/2 bath, Condo sleeps 6. Ocean views from kitchen, living room and breakfast nook. Master bedroom has queen size bed with en suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. Second bedroom also has queen size bed. Hall bathroom has shower and bathtub. Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Washer and dryer in the condo, along with dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, etc. 3 flat screen TVs with cable. Free Wi-fi. Pool and hot tub included. There is an elevator and stairs to access this penthouse unit. Top floor, corner unit with wrap around deck and direct ocean views! You must see it to believe it. There is an outdoor shower to get the sand off your feet and to clean the kiddo's beach toys. Be advised that VRBO only charges the 6% State Hotel Occupancy Tax. There is an additional 11% City and County Hotel Occupancy Tax for stays less than 30 days.
