This oceanfront home has been a favorite on the island for many years. This home sleeps 15 and has wi-fi.
This home has everything you could dream of. This home is locally owned and maintained. This home has open spaces and a clean design. Wide open ocean view, you also have two large porches to enjoy the view, with many chairs for relaxing.
The open kitchen next to the dining room and den make the house a great place for entertaining. There is also a bedroom with two twin beds and also a full bath on the main floor.
The second floor has 4 bedrooms, two mater bedrooms with kings beds a private bathroom and oceanfront porches. There is also 2 additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twin beds, there is a full bathroom between these two bedrooms.
The third floor is the kids favorite hang out, this large open room has 5 twin built in beds along one wall, there is also games,toys, TV, DVD, and a X-box/wii, bumper pool table that converts to a card table. This is really a great room. It also has it's own bathroom with shower.
Under the house is plenty of parking a gas grill with a replacement tank, a couple of hammocks.

The house was very big and spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked with any utensil you would want. Huge refrigerator , ice maker and separate small freezer also included. The refrigerator was great since I had my wedding flowers in there and still had plenty of room for food. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and the whole house was nicely decorated. The house included toys, books and a WII station for the kids. Which came in handy with 4 boys and a rainy day. We had plenty of linens and towels for all of our guests. Washer and dryer is on the 2nd floor for convinence. The most wonderful part of the house was the view of the ocean, we slept with the door to the balcony open so we could fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The beach is so close and had a great time flying kites with all of my nephews. Amble amount of parking for 5-6 cars and a covered area to bar-b-que and eat it if is raining. All of our guests said what a great house and one of my nephews wants to move in permanently. The only thing I would suggest is to have a working gas grill with propane tank and fix the small spots on the ceiling that has water damage. I would definitely rent this house again for a family gathering or with a group of friends. Thank you for letting us rent your beuatiful home. It must have disappeared in the past month, it has now been replaced and I apologize for that inconvenience. We would love to have your group back again.

We had a mixed bag of guests staying here. From the thirty-somethings to the seniors, everyone agreed it was fabulous! This house is huge so there is plenty of room for everyone to have there space. The porches are magnificent and well stocked with rocking chairs. I hated to leave...really.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Wow... perfect! We spent Thanksgiving with our family. Had plenty of space for the entire family. Dining room and kitchen were awesome for prepping and dinner. The den area is where we hung out when we weren't on the porches enjoying the ocean view and breezes. The entire house was just "so," meaning it was neat and tidy and very clean. The bedrooms were large and the bathrooms modern. Loved hanging at this house. House is literally steps from the house. Great spot on the beach as well. Fun places to eat and drink on and within 10 minutes of Folly Beach. Charleston is only 20 minutes. Have been in many, many rentals on Folly and around Charleston... this is among the best. We will come back and would highly recommend for any size family as though ours was a large party, the gathering rooms were cozy and the extra spaces in the house were inviting.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
