One of Folly's Best! This cute 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment is located downstairs of the owner's private residence. There is a separate entrance and you have plenty of privacy. This cozy cottage will have you feeling right at home. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the cookware you need to fix a delicious meal. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the other two bedrooms have full size beds. The full bathroom has a shower/tub combination. A shared laundry room is also available for your use. There is great outdoor space surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and a pool which is shared only with the couple who owns the home. Yes, there is a pool for you to enjoy while vacationing on Folly; a rare commodity on the island! The pool is closed from September to April. There is a charcoal grill and outdoor dining table right by the pool. There is an additional full bathroom by the pool so you do not have to worry about tracking water into the apartment. There is one private parking space for your use during your stay. Grill use: charcoal and cleaning responsibility of the guest. No early check ins or late check outs are allowed at this property.
