This one bedroom, NEWLY RENOVATED villa located in SEASIDE VILLAS is just perfect for a small family. Sleeps six (one bedroom, Bunk beds, sofa couch). It has the BEST VIEW and nicest beach on the Island!
We actually own 3 Oceanfront Villas in Seaside Villas(1 in Seaside I and 2 in Seaside II). They are all in the top 1/3 portion of the buildings closest to the front. This villa is our renters favorite!
Seaside Villas consist of Seaside I and Seaside II and are each a 4 story building on the beach:
1st floor is a covered parking area
2nd floor is the first floor of villas so they are elevated with GREAT Views(This villa here is #138 in Seaside I)
3rd floor also has great views and our other 2 villas(#283 and #284) are here and they are right next door to each other.
The building is located on South Forest Beach Dr. Seaside villas is one of the few buildings on Forest Beach that has elevators. It is walking distance to Coligny Plaza(over 88 shops/restaurants/bars)
This smoke-free villa is beautifully furnished and totally updated with granite countertops, track lighting, stone backsplash in kitchen, ceiling fans and ceramic tile throughout. It is in the island's most convenient location. The beach is right out your front door(50 yards and your on the sand). You are within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and attractions.(recommend Steamers-outside entertainment- and Sea Shack for fresh casual seafood, Aunt Chiladas for good happy hour, Plantation Deli for breakfast(slow service but good food, Amigos for lunch-- fish tocos). The location is perfect!

The condo has a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a TV and VCR, a queen-size deluxe sleeper sofa, and bunkbeds in the hall area. It includes two TV's -one in the living room and one in the bedroom (Each with cable and VCR/dvd in living area), dishwasher, microwave, oven, central air-conditioning/heating unit and ceiling fans. We provide games, books ect..

My family and I just returned from a great weekend at this wonderful sea side property on Hilton Head Island! This villa perfectly accomodated the needs of my family of 4 and was exactly as described in the listing. We especially enjoyed the wonderful ocean views and proximity to Coligny Plaza. The owners were wonderful, friendly and easy to work with. We will definately stay at this villa again!

Enjoyed our stay very much. The villa has a great ocean view from the balcony and a short walk to the beach. The accommodations were as expected and the owners were very responsive. Enjoyed walking to the shops and restaurants. We will certainly plan to stay here again!

We rented this condo for a week in AUGUST. We arrived on a Sat night to find the sliding glass door off the track and it was 100 degrees in the condo, the condo was FILTHY and it smelled horrible. We called the owners and they had a "maintenance man" come out and fix the door- we left for the evening hoping that the unit would cool off, at 8 am the next am it was still 92 degrees IN the room....this property is listed as having central heat and air and wifi, it DOES NOT have either!!!! FALSE information, the owners were great to work with until they got our final payment, then there was little to no communication....the owner then said that he would give me my money back less my security deposit, and then retracted that statement....excuse me buddy.....but it is not MY fault that your condo is FILTHY, falling apart and the ac doesn't work.....I hope this helps someone else not have a AWFUL experience like we did....we have used the VRBO several times and hate that people like this ruin it for the people out there that are honest and trustworthy, I am sure that this listing will not get posted to the VRBO, as I know that this has to be confirmed by the owners, and we have seen their charachter, but I WILL be putting this out there in EVERY outlet I can so that this same thing doesn't happen to anyone else!!!!!!!!
Owner response:This guest called us at 4pm on a Saturday. We had a licenced HVAC man out within 90 minutes. He said that the air was blowing cold. Our cleaning company says that the door was on the track when he left the unit. He fixed the door within 90 minutes as well at no cost to the renter. The renter never complained about the cleaning job to me or my maintenance man. We would have gladly offered a re-clean at no charge while our cleaning company was there. We have documentation of ever text and e-mail which clearly documents our willingness to satisfy these "hard to satisfy" guests. I have documentation from the licenced HVAC company and the cleaning company that the air was blowing cold and the villa had been cleaned. We immediately offered these guests a 100% refund if they werent satisfied. They chose to spend the night and we charged them for a cleaning fee. They were very messy and we charged them the cleaning fee. I wish that there was some way to submit evidence that we did everything that could be done to satisfy these guests. They mention a wifi issue. I can document that I am current with Time Warner on my internet bill. We accept the risk of renter reviews but wish there was a way to defend comments made by a malicious comsumer.

We had some negative issues with this condo and I don't want to go into all of them on a public website and persuade anyone's opionion but we did email the owners and voiced our issues. One thing I will say is that I thought the condo was too small for us traveling with a baby. Our son is 8 months old and is crawling everywhere which gave him limited area to do this. We could not sit comfortably as a family with 2 adults, a 3 yr old and a baby in a high chair at the dining table. The bedroom is small so it was an extremely tight fit to put a pack n play in the bedroom. We had to keep taking it up and down when we wanted to access the drawers and closet.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+.

We've stayed at SeaSide before and love this property. The location is very convenient to Coligny Plaza. We walked to breakfast a couple of times. This villa was nicely decorated and the price was very fair. The owners were helpful. We can't wait to come back.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+.
