Island Tower is one of the newest buildings in Gulf Shores and one of the only low-density complexes, too. Only 3 units per floor and very spacious units, for easy living. All of the units in Island Tower are 3BR/3BA with 1605 SQFT.

2 high speed elevators await to jet you to our relaxing retreat in the sky. Floor to ceiling windows throughout ensure sweeping and breathtaking Gulf views.

Why should you chose our condo? Perhaps our huge balcony and two gulf front master bedrooms? Or...Our Beautiful tiled flooring, nine-foot ceilings or dream kitchen? A balcony that is almost 800sqft? Perhaps you like having privacy of only 3 units per floor?

We are close to it all but also far enough from the public beaches. Walk to Bahama Bobs for a nightcap or dinner. Walk to the hang out or simply run across the street for ice cream with the kids. There is much to do -- if you want it. If not, retreat (as we often do) to your private oasis in the sky. This part of the beach is less trafficed than East beach. Simply put, our condo is in the best location in the nation!

Our condo has TV's in each of the 3 bedrooms and a large television with good seating area in the living room.

The fully-equipped kitchen features granite counter tops with an eating bar and two bar stools, stainless steel appliances, and staples for those days when you would prefer to stay at home rather than explore and enjoy the countless fine restaurants in the area. The dining area has a large dining table that comfortably seats six. We also have filtered water!

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private balcony entrance, TV/DVD/VCR player, and private full bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a TV with an adjoining full bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds. We also have a roll away bed. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit in a separate laundry room.

The large balcony is tiled (very nice high-end feature) and is equipped with 2 lounge chairs, and a table w/4 chairs + 4 additional chairs to spare. You will sit, relax and talk away (or read) and enjoy the beautiful views of the beach and gulf!

The ground-level of the complex has a beautiful outdoor pool infiniti pool with great seating area and high quality lounge chairs and tables. Level 3 has, simply put, the best indoor pool in Gulf Shores. This true infiniti pool boasts the best space and the best gulf front views. It is great for the dead of winter days and also for rainy days. We love it and know you will, too.

The 4th level has what is also considered one of the best work out rooms on West Beach with great machines (2 treadmills, 2 bikes, 2 ellipticals and weight machines, sauna, and fully equipped bathrooms and changing areas. But the best part about it is the "Show" in front of you! work out to the calming views of the surf and shore....

Beach service is available for renting umbrellas and beach loungers (the high-end restoration Hardware type) but if you want to save money, we have beach chairs you can use, beach toys and beach towels in the units.

Our squeaky clean condo is well-maintained and it is equipped with things you will not find in traditional rental condos. For one, we use it and stock it like a second home. You will find books, board games, cleaners, a full spice rack, wraps, and many items that will save you money throughout your whole vacation.

  • What can I say, this condo is AMAZING! This was my home for the month of July, 2009. I had many guests during that time and we all agreed this was the nicest condo we had stayed in. Our favorite part was the balcony. We were up early every morning to watch the dolphins and we sat there every night before bed. The condo had everything we needed. We will always remember our time there. Thank you Dana for taking such good care of us. You are wonderful! I promise you will see us again!

  • We stayed in this beautiful unit December 29th, 2008 through January 2, 2009. There were three adults and two children, ages 2 & 4. The kids loved the twin room with the tv...it was the 4 year old's hideout! We couldn't believe at how big the unit was...the master & it's bath are huge! Everything was well appointed (with the exception of too few cooking pots & pans)and very neat & clean. The balcony was also large in size, & we saw so many dolphins out in the ocean. The indoor pool was really cool, the kids thought it was awesome! We also enjoyed the sauna room. This condo was, by far, one of the nicest we have stayed at in Gulf Shores, and we would love to come back and stay again! Thanks also to Dana, who was helpful, friendly, & quick with a response.
