The gorgeous bedrooms in our home are furnished as you would find in an upscale bed & breakfast & provide the perfect place for rest & relaxation at the end of a busy day! The 2nd floor has 4 gorgeous bedrooms all with beautiful antique dressers & quaint "tooth-brushing" sinks; 1 has a queen bed with a seating area (2 wingback chairs), the 2nd has a double bed with an arm chair for reading, the 3rd has a double bed & a single daybed with two arm chairs, & the 4th has a queen bed & arm chair. Two rooms have ocean views; 3 have views of the giant ferris wheel, beautifully lit at night! All of the second floor bedrooms and the master will have hdtv/dvd combinations in 2012. The charming, updated full bath has gorgeous pine wainscoting & an antique "Second Class" cruise-liner medicine cabinet as a former owner was a ship captain! The 3rd floor has 3 more bedrooms. The 1st is decorated in a patriotic theme & has a set of bunk beds & a full bed, antique dressers, a tv/vcr, XBox, games & videos. The 2nd has 2 double beds, a dresser, large closet & tv/dvd. The luxurious master suite has a queen bed, stained glass ceiling fan, lovely antique dressers, a comfortable wingback chair, flat screen tv/dvd, & breathtaking views of the ocean & giant ferris wheel. Imagine waking up to a spectacular view of the ocean every morning! The fabulous, private master bath has a beautiful new tiled shower & an over-sized jacuzzi - perfect for two!
ADDITIONAL UNITS: Condo A is a charming, newly renovated 4 BR, 1.5 bath “handicap friendly” condo that sleeps 12. The BRAND NEW full bath has a roll-in shower with grab bars, the new kitchen boasts all new appliances & a circa 1898 wrought iron & oak ice cream parlor set. The tavern style dining room is our favorite room in the house with 2 partially exposed brick walls, an antique pine fireplace mantle, an antique ball & claw foot oak table, 8 chairs & an antique sideboard. Resembling a European tavern, this room is great for family meals, or playing one of the many card or board games provided for your enjoyment. The comfy family room has a 32” flat screen tv, dvd, cable, XBox & many games & books. Condo B is a 3 BR, 2 bath unit that sleeps 9 with two flat screen tvs (27 & 32 inch), Play Station II & many games. This condo will be renovated with a new kitchen, hardwood floors & new carpet. All units have ac, beach tags & 2 parking spaces. WEEKLY RATES FOR THE CONDOS are $2490 or less. The entire property sleeps up to 40 guests. Summer weeks for all 3 units (14 bedrooms, sleeps 40) are $9,500 to $11,500 per week. Off-season weekends for the entire property begin at $2400 per weekend or $6000 per week. A maximum of 50 guests is permitted for celebrations & special events.

- Kid Friendly : Although the home is beautifully furnished with antiques, the more expensive decorations are removed for summer rentals. All of the furnishings remain as seen. Families with small children ALWAYS rent our home and find it to be child-friendly. We provide two gates for the stairs, a travel crib, and a high chair for your use.

I bought this stunning home in 2004 because I have always loved old homes & often vacationed in Ocean City with my family when I was younger. I have many wonderful memories of this terrific resort town. I began bringing my own children to Ocean City when they were toddlers & they loved it. I especially love the family-friendly atmosphere of Ocean City - a fun, safe place to vacation. Our home is in the "best" part of OC (according to my kids & their many friends) because we are so close to the beach & 2.5 mile boardwalk! The guarded surfing beach is just 2 blocks away. Water sports, fishing, crabbing & more at the bay are only a few blocks from our home.
I am an avid antique collector, love decorating & enjoy hosting special events. I had so much fun furnishing and decorating the house, every antique lovingly chosen for its exact location in our home. I am constantly redecorating! If you are looking for a home away from home, this is your vacation home!
Many of our guests are now great friends & we look forward to their return every year. We've hosted numerous birthday parties, anniversaries, weddings, a fantastic bar mitzvah, lots of girls' weekends, couples' weekends, several retreats, many family reunions, & an unforgettable seaside vacation for 20 residents of a group home & their staff. I purchased this home because it is a 4 unit building, allowing me to live in 1 unit & rent the remaining units. I absolutely adore restoring old homes, love skimming through magazines for decorating ideas, & truly enjoy antique shopping. I hoped for it to be both an 4 investment & a wonderful place for my children & their future families to vacation. Ocean City is a family-friendly "dry" town - don't worry, you may bring alcohol into the house, it just is not served in OC! With so much to do, the kids can walk anywhere! Our world-famous boardwalk has 2 amusement piers, a water park, music pavilion, 2 movie theatres, mini-golf courses, dozens of shops including fabulous jewelry & specialty shops, arcades, surf shops, eateries of all kinds including ice cream, fudge, salt water taffy, pizza, french fries, caramel popcorn, water ice, & more. Within one block are 12 tennis courts, a track, football field, shuffleboard courts, basketball court, skate park, & beach volleyball. You can even rent bicycles for a morning ride on the boardwalk. Every block of our recently expanded beach is guarded, & the 7th Street beach is just for surfing. Just a few blocks away is the bay where you can rent jet skis, go deep sea fishing, enjoy a whale & dolphin watching cruise, go parasailing, or enjoy a delicious meal at one of the many outdoor cafes overlooking the water. A few blocks away is Asbury Avenue, the home of over 100 unique shops of all kinds including our favorite - antiques!
The Inn is conveniently located 20 minutes to Atlantic City with its many casinos & terrific shopping outlets. A short 25 minute drive to historic Cape May with its many antique stores, shops, Victorian homes & fantastic restaurants. This spacious old home is a short walk from the beautiful beach and boardwalk. Our family reunion consisted of three generations, and all had a wonderful weekend. The kitchen was just large enough for our group of 13 adults to sit down together for meals. It is well-equipped with appliances, dishes, and cookware. Since we were there in March, there was not much happening in terms of amusements, but there certainly would be for visitors later in the season. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

I really wanted to spend my 50th Bday at my favorite place in the world, Ocean City !! My friends and family are regular renters during the summer but we tried something different, spending a long weekend in OC in November. What a great idea and what a great place we found in this quaint but well-kept Victorian. All 16 of us stayed comfortably in the main house but toured the other units available for rent. The sizes of the additional units were very spacious and could accommodate many people. When we selected the Victorian Inn as our place of choice, the owners were extremely accommodating in searching for caterers to host the big Bday bash. They even offered to cater the party in addition to recommending salons for massages, manicures and pedicures for the Bday girl. In the end, a great place with great owners , the price was right and I would highly recommend all to enjoy the pleasure of staying in this house! Thanks again for making a milestone in my life, VERY MEMORABLE !!

Our group recently stayed at the Victoria Inn and had a wonderful weekend! The location is amazing - just 1 block from the beach and boardwalk. We were also just 4 blocks from the Downtown shops. The house is very spacious and decorated beautifully. Each room was warm and inviting. There are seven bedrooms, so if you have a large group you would have plenty of room. The home was very clean and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The full-size bar in the dining room was especially nice when we enjoyed cocktails before going out to dinner. There are plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance - there was never a need to get in the car and drive. I would highly recommend this home to everyone!! We can't wait to go back next year.

Beautiful Victorian beach home with ample space for large groups. We utilized the main house along with one of the condos for our function of 30 women. We had plenty of room to spread out among the meticulously decorated rooms and were able to gather together in the courtyard surrounded by flowers. The property is convienently located within one block to the beach and boardwalk in the quietier north end. The owner was warm and friendly, easily accessable and helpful with local information during the planning phase. We all enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to families or for larger gatherings.

Family members ranged in age from 4 to 78, and there was something for everybody-board games, beach books, electronic games, tv sets, etc. But the location is even better, close to the boardwalk and the beach. It made for the ideal family reunion/vacation. We plan to return. Hurricane Irene made us leave early, but she couldn't dampen our spirits after our stay.

My family rented the Victorian for the second week of August this summer. We had 4 families, 16 people total, and the house was the perfect size for us. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had every amenity we needed. Air conditioning made everything very comfortable. Plenty of showers! (5 including the 2 external showers). The house had wi-fi and 2 flat screen tvs. We used the laundry machines every day. The kitchen was very large and a great gathering place. It had all manner of pots and utensils, microwave, stove, large refrigerator, very large table, etc. Grocery store a short ride into town. Between the family room, breakfast/bar area, and living room there was plenty of place to spread out and relax at night or in the morning. We especially liked the large porch area after a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, it was right at the end of the block, a short walk even with your beach chairs and coolers. Once you get to the beach you can sit right down as the water is right there. The water and sand at the beach was clean and beautiful. The waves were great and the water was very warm in August. The beach was very family oriented. The boardwalk is also right there for enjoying during the day or the evenings. Plenty of little shops and food stands, as well as movie theaters. On the way to the beach you also pass by free shuffle board courts, which we used. There was also a long row of beach volleyball nets right at the beach, and tennis courts down the street at the other end of our block. The boardwalk at the end of the street also had an amusement park with rides, arcades, and mini golf, etc. One day we took a 1/2 hour drive to Cape May to walk the shops. Some of us went fishing and crabbing several times at the bay near town. Overall it was a great beach week and it was great being able to hang out together at the house rather than being in separate hotel rooms somewhere. The owner, Susan, was very helpful throughout the entire process and very kindly saved us 2 additional parking spots right in front of the house before we got there. Those spots and the 2 we had in the driveway worked out just fine for us. Everyone in our party agreed that the house was great and we would love to go back again.

We rented the Victorian and there 20 of us in the house. We had a great time. The house was VERY clean and well stocked with anything you may need. We truly enjoyed our time and the beach is beautiful and clean and so much fun (the waves were awesome) we also enjoyed the boardwalk. We would definitely reccomend this to anyone. Sue was there to answer any question or problem we may of had (we had no problems). We spent a good portion of our time sitting on the beautiful front porch, which was even more living space for us. Either drinking morning coffee or sipping an evening cocktail it was so relaxing and comfortable.

I rented the Victorian Inn for 1 week at the end of June 2011 for my family which consisted of 7 adults & 8 grandchildren ages 3-14. We all had a great time. Wonderful weather. Loved the beach & all the activities within walking distance, keeping all ages happy! Susan & her family were always available & helpful with any questions or problems in person or by phone. Would highly recommend their Inn to any group.

We rented the main house with three other families with a total of seven children and six adults and we had plenty of room to accommodate everyone. There is a large kitchen table and we were all able to fit all of us comfortably. Nice boardwalk, clean and very family oriented. The beach was a little narrow and very crowded since we were down for July 4th. Best fireworks I have ever seen! This was our first visit to Ocean City and we had a great time!. Wished there were more TVs in bedrooms. Owner is very nice and very responsive to any question or need we had.
Owner response:We are very glad you enjoyed your stay! The fireworks are amazing, both on the Fourth of July and New Year's Eve. We are adding 27 inch flat screen tv/dvd combos for the 2012 in 5 of the 7 bedrooms. The remaining bedrooms will have the existing televisions with dvds and vcrs as we have dozens of video tapes for children. Ocean City is truly a wonderful family resort.

We enjoyed several fun filled days in this beautiful Victorian. Close to the beach, spacious and exceptionally clean. We loved sitting on the porch with our coffee in the morning and then taking a stroll to the beach only a block away. The patio, with all the flowers and lights, was magical at night. We will definately come back again.
