This is a three-story, single-family dwelling located ON THE WATER! Ten steps out the back door and you are in Lake Erie, the ONLY Great Lake that is a true summer playground. The house is located in a Planned Unit Development of 25 homes in the Village at Water's Edge, one mile east of downtown Port Clinton.

Many conveniences within walking distance including a 24-7 grocery store, drug store, hardware store, and many restaurants and fast food outlets.

From the high-level deck view the Bass Islands, Put-in-Bay, Rattlesnake, Green, and North Bass, only one mile from the International (Canadian) Boundary. Enjoy the sandy beach and launch your small craft (skis, kayaks, etc.) right off the back deck via the drive-through garage.
