If you are looking to get away from those crowded, all-inclusive resorts and heavy tourism - Rincon is the place for you! Rincon is well known for spectacular sunsets and near perfect weather, you will not be disappointed. You can sit on your own balcony and watch the famous humpback whales (from January to March) or see world-class surfing at the famous Sandy Beach.
We are located right across the street from the well-known Tamboo bar and restaurant, open for lunch and dinner daily. There are several other open-air restaurants/bars and beaches all within walking distance.
Our house can be rented any where from a one bedroom to a five bedroom.Downstairs apt has 2 BRs 1 bath and pull-out sofa bed. Max 6 people. Second floor has 3 BRs 3 bath or 2 BRs 2 bath can sleep eight. You also have a 1 BR option if you choose. We have 1 bedroom with a king bed located on the 2nd floor the rest of the house has queen beds. Each floor has its own full kitchen. Studio apt also available with full kitchen and queen bed. You will not be disappointed when you see our spectacular views or sit in our infinity-edge pool and gaze at the ocean.
Owner on premises from December threw April to maintain facilities.
