Why the Owner Chose Old Seagrove Beach
This is the ideal vacation spot. The sugar white sands and emerald waters are some of the most beautiful in the world. Sunsets are breathtaking. Dining, shopping, fishing, swimming and biking are just some of the activities to enjoy. Bonfires on the beach in the winter are especially fun. My friends tell me I always sound so relaxed when I'm at Annie's Place. They're right. It's my favorite place. I hope it will become yours. Many of my quests return each year.

Annie's Place has it all - a quiet front porch for coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening; comfortable clean family friendly furnishings; a fully furnished kitchen (Publix and seafood markets are close by) if you want to cook; great restaurants if you don't; the beach is just a short walk; Seaside is also a short walk for additional activities such as outdoor movies, concerts and plays; the back yard is very private for a dip in the pool private pool; an open single story floor plan; pet friendly.... and so much more.

I grew up and live in Atlanta. My mother's family lives in Pensacola so the beach has always provided many special memories. As an adult I retuned every year to relax, rejuvenate and soak up the sunshine. Then I found this very special place along 30A. I was instantly drawn to the quiet old town feel of Seagrove Beach that is within walking distance to Seaside with all the amenities it has to offer. I knew I wanted to provide memories for my family (I am a devoted Aunt of 13 nieces and nephews and 3 greats!)so in 2000 I was fortunate to find a charming beach bungalow with a pool that is just a short walk to the beach. It's a slice of life and I love sharing my home with others.

This was our second stay at Annie's place, and I can't say enough nice things about the home and our visit. Very comfortable, clean and accommodating. Almost every evening we grilled out by the pool, and just relaxed. Mornings were spent having coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch. There is a huge wrap around porch! The neighborhood is fantastic for bike riding. Nice sandy shady roads with hardly any traffic. Best of all, we got to enjoy our vacation with our sweet dog Molly Blue. She loves it there, and so do we.

My mom and I had a wonderful extended stay at Annies Place from May 1 - 17, 2011. It was one of our best vacations with my precious 8 yr old son and our dog. We jumped right into vacation mode and loved being at the house so much we only ate out 2 x's. We enjoyed the convenience of nearby grocery stores and the walk to the beach was a breeeeze. Thank you for a beautiful home and wonderful beach memories. Your place could not have been more perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Annie's place for spring break! The house was so convenient to the beach, grocery and restaurants. We loved being able to ride for miles on the bikes that were provided and we were comfortable letting our teens do the same. Our family enjoyed cooking at home and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We liked sitting by the pool and grilling out in the private fenced backyard while letting our dogs run around. Looking at the pictures makes me want to go back soon! I would recommend Annie's Place for anyone looking for a great place to relax.

We had a wonderful time at Annie's Place. We had 6 adults and 3 children and we all enjoyed the pool, beach and bikes.The porch was so relaxing and the beds were very nice. Your house was beautiful and very comfortable. We would love to come again. We have already recommended it to many of our friends in Kentucky.

We have been to Annie's place 2 years in a row because we loved it so much! The pictures do not come close to depicting how nice the house is. Usually you would expect a pet friendly home to have an odor but it smells clean and all of the furniture in the home is clean. The private pool, rocking chairs, bikes, close walk to the beach & the Seagrove shops are always the highlight of our trip...and we get to do most of that with our dog!

We had a wonderful relaxing week at Annie's Place. The rooms and back yard are even better than the photos. We all got into a very relaxed vacaton mode right away, floating in the pool, rocking on the porch and strolling to the beach. It's easy to walk or bike everywhere, so you almost lose weight without even trying. It's great. Go see it for yourself and enjoy.
