Why the Owner Chose Troon North
We chose this location because of its proximity to Pinnacle Peak and the nice views. There are lots of things to do in the immediate area. Besides golf there are tennis courts, hiking and biking trails and of course many fine restaurants.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home has a pool and jacuzzi style hot tub. There is a Four Seasons Resort Hotel nearby that has a wonderful Spa.

I am a Broker Salesman with Coldwell Banker Incline Village Realty at North Lake Tahoe. This is on the Nevada (no state income tax) side of the Lake. We built our home on the 14th hole of the Troon North Monument golf course a little over 10 years ago.
