Thank you so much, Owen for the 10 rating review on your recent stay at Desert Oasis by House and Home Vacations. We’re really happy to hear you enjoyed the property and had a great experience with our team. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you back again anytime!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us, Rosanne. We’re genuinely sorry that your stay came with more frustrations and inconveniences than it should have. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to have several things not working properly, especially the air conditioning in the theater room when you were looking forward to relaxing and enjoying a movie. We also appreciate you pointing out the missing kitchen essentials and basic amenities. Those are the little things that can make a big difference in feeling comfortable and settled in a home. While we’re glad our team was able to respond when you reached out, we understand that having to spend your vacation time reporting and dealing with these issues isn’t the experience you wanted. We truly appreciate you bringing all of this to our attention. We’ll be taking a closer look at these items and using your feedback to make sure the home is better prepared and more comfortable for our future guests. Thank you again for staying with us and for giving us the opportunity to improve.
