We invite you to stay at the prettiest condo at lovely North Coast Village. We have remodeled extensively. We have one of the finest condos at North Coast Village. Our unit is upscale, contemporary, and yet very comfortable with granite counter-tops in the kitchen and baths, spice maple cabinetry throughout the kitchens and baths, stainless steel appliances, crown moldings, plush carpet, bright white five inch floor and door trim, paneled doors, two-tone paint, fresh smooth ceilings, radius corners throughout, and gorgeous furnishings.
Our condominium is a two-story, two bedroom, two bath unit with approximately 1200 square feet. It sleeps six comfortably in beds with high-quality mattresses, and no uncomfortable sofa sleepers.
Our penthouse condominium, which is on the third floor (the master bedroom is up on the fourth floor), has a wonderful 90 degree panoramic view of the ocean and harbor that seems to go on forever. The West wall of the master bedroom is nearly all glass, which looks out over the ocean. You can be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the ocean at night, and check out the waves in the morning without even getting out of bed!
The upstairs master bedroom leads out to a large rooftop patio, of nearly 200 square feet. Sit at the patio table or on the loveseat and enjoy the fresh air, hear, and see the waves rolling in, and view the sailboats going in and out of the harbor. You can view the surfers as they ride the waves at the popular San Luis Rey River jetty surfbreak. Enjoy preparing meals with the gas barbecue on the patio, as you watch the sun set over the Pacific Ocean.
The master bedroom has a comfy king-size pillowtop, four poster Queen Anne bedroom set.
The downstairs bedroom is very large, about 21 feet by 12 feet, and has two comfortable pillow top queen-size beds. Both bedrooms have a private bath. The linens and comforters are fresh and new.
There is a TV in both bedrooms, and there is a 45 inch plasma TV in the living room. The living room TV has a DVD player.
There are pewter light fixtures in the kitchen. There are three ceiling fans throughout, for balmy summer days, and an electronic fireplace with a granite face and built-in heater to keep the condominium warm and cozy on chilly evenings. We have a comfy, down-filled tropical island style of couch and loveseat in the living room that I personally love. Our furnishings are definitely NOT cheap, vacation rental furnishings!
North Coast Village is a wonderful place for a family vacation. All of the condos at North Coast Village are within about 200 yards to the sand! The west side of the North Coast Village complex is Oceanfront, with NO roads to cross to get to the beach. When you walk out of the complex gate, you are on the sand! It is a short walk from the beach to the pool and spa areas. Many families love to bounce back and forth between the ocean, the spa, and the pool. Then they start all over again! We supply six beach towels for fun at the beach.
Your family will enjoy the many amenities at North Coast Village. There is an exercise room with a variety of resistance and aerobic machines. There are pool tables, ping pong tables, a foosball table, sauna, a putting green, etc.
The landscaping within the complex is unbelievable. It is tropical and lush with lovely flowers everywhere. When you stay here, you will follow winding paths passing trickling streams, lovely waterfalls, and an amazing koi pond where your children can feed the fish. The complex has two pools. The larger, Olympic-size pool is surrounded with colorful, flowering vegetation.The pool was recently renovated with a lovely waterfall. The large hot tub nearby is situated among tropical trees and plants. From the pool, it is a short walk to the beach.
Oceanside has one of the finest beaches in Southern California. Oceanside's unique outside/inside wave break offers larger, challenging waves further from shore for surfers and experienced body boarders. Nearer to shore, the waves are generally more gentle, which are ideal for families and children to enjoy as they play and bodyboard in the waves close to shore.
Enjoy taking walks on the beach along the "Strand". Just south of the complex, parallel to the beach, there is a two mile long sidewalk along the "Strand" which is great for walking, running, and biking. There are several bike rental shops nearby.
Oceanside is centrally located to the many attractions of Southern California such as Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Sea World, and Wild Animal Park.
Nearby, there are many fine restaurants within walking distance in the harbor,in the downtown area, and at the end of the Oceanside pier. Picnic tables and barbecues are available at the beach close by for family gatherings. There is also a larger barbecue area with tables near the pool inside of the complex for get-togethers.
We have a gas barbecue on our patio for your convenience.

We just returned from staying for a week over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was WONDERFUL!!! The owners were very easy to work with, check-in was easy, the condo was just as described and our family had a wonderful time. We wish we could have stayed longer - the condo has everything to keep you comfortable! Thanks - we hope to return in the future!!!

We had a wonderful vacation in Oceanside. The condo was beautiful, immaculate and comfortable. The grounds were like being in a tropical oasis. The view of the ocean and sunsets were amazing. The neighborhood was great for walking to the many restaurants, shops and town center. We would highly recommend this property for future guests.

This was a wonderful experience for my family & grandchildren. A chance to welcome new family to our summer tradition. This condo was beautifully decorated & so easy to keep in order & so functional it was a pleasure & so very much fun to stay. We'll certainly visit again. This condo was beautiful! Definatley one of the best condos at north coast village. Evertyhing was very quiet and peaceful yet we were just a short walk from the beaches and all the fun attractions at oceanside. Owners were great to work with. Can't wait to stay here again!
