15-20 min walk to downtown Oceanside along the beach. Wonderful view of the beach, surfers and pier. Studio comfortable for 2 people. You can hear the ocean with the porch screen door open. Nice pool in complex. Clean.

This unit was perfect for the two of us. The balcony view was stunning and the sound of the waves lulled us to sleep at night. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Our host was friendly and super helpful. We'd love to come and stay here again!

Room and view from deck were great, room was nice and very comfortable, parking for someone with other than a sub-compact is terrible. When I was leaving the underground parking to go out, I was waiting for the gate to open, the opposite gate swung closed and hit my truck, got stuck and left a big dent in the driver's side. The drive way is narrow and an awkward angle

There was construction going on, so the elevator access was a little inconvenient, and hard to find the working one at first. But once we figured it out, it was all good. Our family of 4 adults loved this location! The immediate access to the beach and strand was AMAZING! We slept with the patio door open to sleep all night hearing the waves…and woke to walking the beach, getting coffee on the strand at a little beach bistro at the pier. We enjoyed walking the other direction and having dinner at the harbor, too! The location is truly amazing and made us feel like real locals! We also loved that the property is maintained well and very quiet!

D210 is great for couples or a family with a little one. The condo was well stocked with cooking essentials, bathroom essentials and linens. I just wish the oven and dishwasher worked better.The bed was firm, but not too firm. Plenty of pillows and blankets. View was amazing with dining options inside and out!
