This was one of the best ski vacations we ( a family with 3 children, ages 4-15) have ever had, and a lot was due to the condo itself. It is located close enough to the base of Village Express lift (100 yards or so, easy to walk for our 4 year old with ski boots on) yet it is far enough and quiet enough to enjoy total privacy ( the condo is the only one on the second floor of this building). The owner is extremely helpful and responds very quickly to emails - everything was as portrayed in photos and description, and more. The beds and beddings are very comfortable, the living room space is ample enough to enjoy a cooked dinner and apres ski activities, and (a nice touch, besides the free wi-fi), there are a few great movies on DVD we enjoyed during our stay. There is a washer and dryer that has been a lifesaver (with 3 kids...) and the ski storage is very handy. The skiing is wonderful, and there is a hot tub/heated outdoor pool we have used a couple of times, that also brightened our stay. All in all, we had a great vacation and we are looking forward to staying at this condo again in the future.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Pics are right on. Clean, comfortable and eclectic. This is clearly a space used by the owners and not a sterile rental condo. Kitchen has lots of extras if you are planning on cooking. The high end electric piano under the picture window facing east is a wonderful bonus. The second bedroom has bunks, so great for a couple and kids. The stairs at an altitude of 8200ft might be hard on older folks. The owner was super nice and available 24/7. Made some very generous last minute schedule changes to help me out since I got stuck in Nemo in Boston. It is ski in /ski out, but just. Ask about the details if you need this feature.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We are a family of 3 (2 adults/1 child) and we absolutely loved this condo. It was about a 3 minute walk to the base village of Snowmass. The condo was well equipped with all kitchen utensils and seasonings needed for cooking. The washer/dryer were brand new which made it easy for us. We highly recommend this place for a family of 3-4!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We just got back from a week at this great little condo. It couldn't have been more perfect for our family with four children and two adults. Everything in the condo is very nice and well cared for.
