Rustic charm with modern bathrooms.
This beach house is awesome. Lots of old Cayucos character, lots of room to spread out and you could hear the waves louder than the people in the other bedroom. Because the property juts out, you can sit overlooking the beach and not see the houses on the bluff behind you. We saw dolphins and seals, pelicans, hummingbirds and butterflies. Lots of towels, pillows, blankets and kitchen utensils. We would have liked more portable beach chairs but that's minor. Absolutely a gem of a property! Thanks Margo and family!

Oceanfront 1930's Beach Cabin
This beach cabin is one of a kind with unbelievable oceanfront views. Nothing like it is still available on the oceanfront on the Central Coast. If one wants to step back in time to the 1930's, this is the place. If one wants to experience it's old world spiritual energy, this is the place. If one wants a boring new beach house with no charisma or charm, this is not the place for you! Also, the owner is very attentive and helpful.

I've enjoyed growing up and creating many memories in this beach home. It's time to share the fabulous views and beach living that has kept me close and connected to the Central Coast.

Why they chose this property

A true original Cayucos home. Property personally selected by my Grandfather when Cayucos was developing wherein he sought after the perfect point to view the entire Estero Bay from Morro Bay to the Cayucos Bluffs.

What makes this property unique

Visiting Cayucos is a true pleasure if you're interested in a scerene setting and taking in the vintage vibe of the town.
