The Peninsula is a gated community on Bon Secour Bay featuring 27 holes of championship golf - The Lakes, The Marsh, and Cypress. The Peninsula also features the area’s premier racquet club, including eight lighted courts, a pro shop, fitness center, and indoor and outdoor pools, and 24-hour security. (This property is a short drive from the beach.)
This corner unit is located on the first floor in the last building in the complex, affording beautiful landscaping and complete privacy with no congestion or high-rise sprawl. It is located within a short drive to the beach, restaurants, multiple golf courses, outlet mall shopping and amusement centers.

With its location in The Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club, you have the peace, quiet, and security of a gated community. The community is ideal for walking or jogging, or you can sit on the screened porch and watch the golfers pass by. Pack a picnic for lunch or dinner, and a short walk will take you to the pier and gazebo on Bon Secour Bay. Of course, the wonderful gulf beaches are only a short drive away, and the Tanger Outlet Center is about a 15 minute drive north.

As a previous VRBO renter as well as a Gulf Shores resident, I was thrilled when I located this condo at The Peninsula for my brother and his family's recent visit. Since I was very familiar with the community, I never had a doubt that the condo would exceed our expectations, but we were completely in awe of this beautifully decorated and immaculate unit. The owners were wonderful to work with and went out of their way to assist us prior to the arrival date. They have certainly put a lot of thought into making every guest feel like they are at "home". If you are looking for a luxury vacation rental in a breathtaking resort community, this unit is for you.

As residents of Gulf Shores, we have secured this lovely condo for our visiting family. It has proven perfect for our daughter, son-in-law, and four children. It is close to the beach as well as offering indoor and outdoor pools on the property. Having this condo allows our grandchildren to spend overnight's at Grandma's while the rest of the family vacations in luxurious surroundings. Tastefully decorated, well equiped, and very comfortable, our family has found this rental to be the best in the area. We reccommend it highly for visitors to our corner of the Southcoast.

Staying in your condo we believed God took a little piece of heaven and placed it in your condo, there we found serenity. This was much needed. It was the perfect place where my friend and I had the perfect girlfriend getaway. Coming from an interior decorator’s background the décor was beautiful, and the beds were very comfortable. We just returned from a weeks stay at this condo and couldn't have been more pleased. The property was clean and well maintained. The open floor plan is excellent for visiting with family. It is spacious and beautifully decorated. My entire family agreed when we left that we would definately keep this on the top of our list as far as vacation rentals. We hope to return again soon.

We just returned from a long weekend in this condo and can't say enough about the quality, comfort, and accessibility. Every room is beautifully decorated, yet so comfortable. We decided prior to leaving that a return visit would be great. The location affords more privacy than other condos since it is the last one in a series of buildings. I would recommend this to families and friends.
