We chose to buy in Telluride because it is without question one of the most beautiful and scenic location's on earth. It truly creates an emotional response when you experience it for the first time. It's simply a place of spectacular rugged beauty that makes you feel as though you are vacationing in a glorious National Park...And it doesn't matter the season, Summer and winter are equally spectacular, and the fall foliage season is tops in the western U.S. Visiting Telluride, Colorado will create memories you will cherish the rest of your life. No matter how many times we come back to Telluride it never seems to let us down. It is a one of a kind place!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love the conveniences of our Telluride Vacation Rental condo for many reasons. It's location being one of the best parts. Lift 7 is located right outside our door as well as the river walking trail the runs through town. Once you arrive and park the car you never need to get in it again until you leave. For skiing or boarding, the condo is so close to the lift you could practically hit it with a snowball from the front door. For everything else, you can walk just about anywhere in town within minutes. From the front room you can look up and watch skiers riding up the lift in the winter and in the summer it isn't uncommon to see deer grazing on the runs. It's paradise in the mountains!
Our Telluride condo in one of the closest to a lift in all of Telluride. You could literally throw a snowball to the lift from our front door. This is real ski-in ski-out lodging.
It's only a few minute walk to the Gondola. It's a real treat to take it to Mtn Village however you may only ride it a few times because most of the great night life and shops are in Telluride.
Most of the famous pictures of Tellurde are taken here & too many great restaurants, bars, and shops to mention. Simply breathtaking & only a few minutes walk from the condo. Take a picture here!
Great local grocery market just a minute from our Telluride Vacation Rental condo. Everything is so close to the condo you won't touch your car once you arrive.

Bobby and Julie - Just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your condo in Telluride a few weeks back. As you well know, skiing there this year is some of the best in years and we took full advantage of it using your place as our "base". The skiing conditions, the condo's amenities and its proximity to the town of Telluride not to mention how close it is to the ski lift made for one heck of a trip. The three of us that made the trip commented that this was probably our best trip yet (20 years of going, first trip to Telluride) and we look forward to coming back to Telluride in the future. The only negative - I did break the coffeepot while drying it but, fortunately for me, Ace Hardware in Town had a replacement carafe so it did get replaced. The restaurants there are a bit pricey to be sure but "The Market" and your plentiful pots and pans helped keep us well within budget by allowing us to eat at the condo most days for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Thanks again for renting your condo to us, I hope we left it better than we found it and we look forward to coming back soon. Sincerely, Eddie & Manie Gallatin, TN

This was a great clean and comfortable Condo! Terrific location. I could not believe how close to the lift it was. We would definitely stay in Cimarron 17 again.
