Frank is a very pleasant "landlord". My family found a great home base in this large rental. We saw a show in nearby Burbank, a Dodger game, Santa Monica boardwalk, and Disneyland wasn't far at all! While at "home" we were able to experience family time in comfort and privacy.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing.

We stayed during four weeks in Frank's house. That were the most beautiful holidays of our life. Our four teenagers ( 15 - 18 years) and our 9-year-old daughter spent unforgettable holidays. Our arrival took place with no problem at all. We found all the necessity in the house, and even more. The house is really very functional and very pleasant to live. And we spent a very pleasant moment to discuss with Frank on the terrace. It is really someone extremely kind, interesting, and who makes everything for the well-being of his tenants.
