Experience the charm of our beautifully remodeled Topanga guesthouse, where modern updates meet cottage style. With a brand-new kitchen featuring a dishwasher and a refreshed bathroom, plus freshly painted interiors, this guesthouse offers both comfort and style. Vaulted ceilings, cozy French doors, and mountain-view decks create a serene atmosphere, while a cozy loft bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with a pull-out queen sofa bed provide ample space.

Step outside to enjoy the waterfall pool, year-round Jacuzzi, and lush rose garden. Nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area, our property is ideal for hiking or biking along scenic trails, yet just minutes from the beach. Malibu is a 15-minute drive, Santa Monica is 15 minutes away, and the beach is only 8 minutes down the road—making this the perfect place to enjoy both mountains and ocean in one day.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a pristine guesthouse, ensuring it's spotless and ready for your arrival. Please note, the pool is unheated from October 1st to June 1st, though the Jacuzzi is available year-round. Our property is in a peaceful neighborhood, so we kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or loud gatherings. Enjoy a tranquil getaway surrounded by nature's beauty and just a short drive from the best of Malibu and Santa Monica.

We loved our quiet and peaceful stay at this property. It was beautiful and everything was as described. We enjoyed time in the hot tub and dipped our toes in the pool. Nice temp but not much time for swimming. We felt like we had plenty of privacy and never saw the hosts during our stay though knew they were a text away if we needed anything.

Host was very gracious and kind; the doggies were also very sweet and the place had a great outdoor set up with pool and hot tub with great Mountain Views. Located between Santa Monica and Malibu, convenient for visitors looking to go up and down the coastline with a mountain feel. Topanga has a great little town with food about 8 mins from the property with a state park right up the street. The property is not private, you will be greeted in person from the host daily and you share an outdoor space with host and dogs. The property is on septic. Parking is curbside and shared with host and host guests.

We were in Los Angeles for work, took a few days and escaped here for a sorely needed break. Area hiking trails nearby plus the ocean just down the canyon proved to be just the trick. Would recommend to anyone in a similar position (or not). A pool and hot tub just outside the door was the cherry on top. Thanks again. A beautiful, quiet spot.

Everything was immaculate. The pool was well maintained throughout our stay, and the yard truly felt like our own little paradise.
