  This is my second year renting through Joe. Joe and his wife makes everything so comfortable and easy tp rent through. Joe and his wife updates their condo every year, so it is always up too date. He has the end unit, so you will get a bigger and better balcoy and twice the view. Rent this condo, becuase Joe and Ann will take care of you. Thanks for everything and I will talk to you next year to rent it agai.!!!

  I would recommend this condo to anyone and plan on returning next year. The view is awesome and the condo is very clean. The owners are very great to work with. Love the corner unit and short walk to the beach. This was my first family vacation, and we will definately have great memories.

  The condo was just as pictures shows very beautiful. How awesome to sit in the living room and hear the waves in ocean roaring when screen patio door is open. Enjoyed my coffee on the balcony every morning the view was breathtaking. The condo is very well stocked and lots of water toys. One of our best vacations ever and would recommend this condo highly. The owners are nice and easy to work with. Would definately stay here again!!!

  This was my third visit to this wonderful condo and have enjoyed my time on every visit . The place is very, very clean and has all the extra amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and all kind of beach items including beach chairs and umbrella. The view on this private corner balcony is great during the day and night. A lot of food restaurants / bars and fun activity for our whole family. We loved FISH LIPS for food while watching all the sea life on the water. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to visit a small piece of heaven. The pool was great and very close parking plus always a well maintained property. AWESOME AND OUTSTANDING is what comes to mine. We are coming back again this year in the summer and can not wait for the fun to begain. Joe, is always helpul in working with me on every trip and with different times and dates.

  We have rented the condo from Joe and Ann for the past 4 years and can tell you without a doubt that it has the most awesome views, the most beautiful beach and the best owners, who go out of their way to accomodate you. You want to go to the beach....don't worry about a sandy blanket because concession beach chairs and sun umbrella are provided free with the condo. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable,but most of all the condo is always super clean and well stocked. Gwen and I can't say enough about this property, so if you are looking to have a pleasurable vacation experience this is definitely the place to go and the condo to rent.

  We've stayed at different places in the Ft Walton area, but after staying at Pelican isle we're hooked!! Joe & Ann are such gracious owners and the condo is amazing. We love the fact that it's an end unit and has wonderful views of the beach and sunsets. Plenty of room for everyone and convenient location for all you want to do or see. Everything we wanted in a vacation spot and more. We'll definitely be back again and again!!!

  My family and I go down to Ft. Walton beach and stay every year and love it. This year I went through VRBO.com instead of Resort Quest or Brooks and Shorey. Mr. Joe made this year reservation go extremely smooth. There condo was awesome!! It was a 2 bedroom end unit that added a lot of wonderful view. There places was very nicely fixed up and extremely clean. Thank you Mr. Joe for a easy process. I look forward to renting it the 1st of August next year.

  Our family has come here for the past 2 years during our kids (11-16) spring break. I cannot express the hospitalty that Joe and Ann has shown us. The condo is great and the beach is just breathtaking. We are not party people and like to have a relaxing vacation, and that is what this condo gives us. The beach, even during spring break is still enjoyable. The condo renters are mostly families, which is a big plus for those of us who like a little more laid back vacation. Every year our vacation keeps getting longer and longer because its getting harder and harder to leave. I cannot express enough, how much we look forward to our yearly visits. There is just enough things to do to keep you and your children happy. The dinning and shopping is great across the bridge in Destin with so many choices of cuisine. My son (16) is a golfer and has played many of the courses and has enjoyed everyone of them so far. My daughter (11) and myself live for the snow white beach and the warm ocean breezes while my husband enjoys laying poolside. Thank you again to Joe and Ann for 2 awesome years and hopefully many more to come. See you in the spring! :)

  We have stayed on Okaloosa Island for a number of years now. But this was our first stay at Pelican Isle. The location is quite and very relaxing….Location is GREAT!!! The condo was very roomy for our party of 4 adults and 2 children. It was well maintained and very clean. The beds were very comfortable!!! The description and pictures are very accurate. The best stay ever… Has a great beach view. Beach service was good. Beaches were clean and beautiful!!! They were cleaned every morning, even if not needed!!! Not any high-rise condos located close by, so the beach was not too crowded. Communication with owners was the best. They are very friendly. I paid for the rental in monthly installments and was called every time a payment was received. I received the keys and info as soon as the rental was paid in full. If I needed to contact owners for anything they responded quickly. Security deposit was returned as soon as they received the keys back. Have already recommended to friends and family!!! We are already planning our next stay. Loved the place and will definitely stay again!!! It the number one place to stay on Okaloosa Island for our family. Thanks Ann and Joe
