On the 3rd floor with elevator, this apartment has just been completely renovated and all furniture and appliance are brand new. It's also very quiet and sunny and safe. Just around this apartment are the best places to visit in Paris; le Marais district, Notre Dame Cathedrale, Sainte Chapelle, Le Louvre museum, Orsay museum, Picasso museum, Carnavalet museum... you don't need to take the public transportation: everything is in walking distance!
